We had a truly wonderful stay, and we owe a big part of that to Francesca. She was incredibly helpful when we arrived in Tropea during a very stressful situation caused by transport strikes. Thanks to her support, we were still able to enjoy our holiday as planned. The rooms were cleaned regularly, we had complete privacy, and the accommodation is perfectly located—just a few minutes from the main promenade and about 10 minutes from the beach. Francesca surprised us twice with lovely, thoughtful gestures, and her kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly at home. We wholeheartedly recommend Francesca—she’s a wonderful host! 🥰

There was nothing we disliked

Clean, convenient and value for money, the breakfast was amazing with a number of choices internet fully functional and some satalite channels available in the room. Bathroom and shower were more than satisfactory with a little terrace for morning coffee to take in the beautiful scenery. (The host was amazing provided information on the town, restaurants and excursions baked us amazing!!! brownies and helped plan an unforgettable Birthday surprise!!) Thank you Francesca :)

A wonderful place with a wonderful host :) The apartment is very close to the center and the main street of Tropea (a few minutes walk). The apartment is very modern, beautifully decorated, air-conditioned, clean, cleaned every day, equipped with the necessary things (cosmetics, daily changed towels, hair dryer, furniture on the balcony, TV, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee machine and capsules). Francesca was a wonderful host, constantly in touch, extremely polite and helpful. She advised us where to take a boat trip, which beaches to go to and what to visit. She prepared a delicious cake for us twice, and at the end gave us beautiful gifts :) She also gave us a beach umbrella, which we could use every day. The breakfasts were wonderful, which we went to a nearby cafe (serving, among others, delicious coffee, English breakfasts, wonderful ice cream, desserts, waffles, pancakes). Tropea is a wonderful and beautiful place, with wonderful beaches and a charming old town. If I manage to come back here, I will definitely stay in this apartment!

This is an exceptional property and is highly recommended. The owners went out of their way to make everything clean and comfortable for our arrival, and Francesca was very welcoming and helpful with the check-in and information about Tropea. The location is a short walk to the restaurant and shops area, and was pretty quiet at night. The recently renovated rooms were well stocked with snacks, drinks, towels, etc., and were very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable too!

The only slight downside is that parking here was a bit difficult on a busy weekend night. There is only street parking available and we ended up parking a couple of blocks away, but not too far away.

Exceptional, really enjoyed my stay. Although it's a small B&B with just 3 rooms, the service is fantastic. The owner is amazing and so helpful. Rooms are specious and extremely clean. Hot shower, safe, comfortable beds, coffee and tea machines available together with biscuits, fresh fruit and jams. I stayed in 4 star hotels and didn't get this kind of treatment! City centre is just round the corner from the building. Highly recommended. Good breakfast served at a nearby coffee shop only 5 minutes away from the B&B. BTW the owner also baked a very good cake and left us a portion in our room :-)

Francesca is a very nice host. She suggested me nice places in Tropea. She also offered me to lend me some beach/sea things (sun umbrella, glasses).

Breakfast was delicious and served untill 11am in a nearby restaurant next to the old town -I wish to express our great thanks for hospitality, warmly welcome and plenty of attention given to me&my wife while our short stay. Room was very clean and comfortable, quiet area and excellent location for beach, old town as well as train station

The property was clean and the personal really nice. The center and the beach was just 10 minutes walking
