We stayed at B&B Vanity for one night while in Tropea and we couldn't recommend it enough. The location was perfet, breakfast was great, and the room was extremely clean with a comfy bed. The staff went above and beyond for us, and Anna was such a great communicator and so helpful during our stay. We had actually left behind our money wallet with all our money in the safe, and Anna was readily available to help us with this. She attended the property promptly and was able to locate our money wallet. She returned the wallet which shows how genuine and amazing she is. It is truly hard sometimes to find honest people in this world, and Anna really defines a genuine and kind hearted person. Thank you so much Anna for the amazing hospitality and amazing property right in the heart of Tropea!

We really liked B&B Vanity. Anna was a great host and very good regarding communications about our stay. She made us feel very welcome. Marian was very helpful and friendly. Helped with breakfast and cleaned our room beautifully. The location is great, just on the edge of the bustling centre of Tropea and an easy walk to the train station. Our room was 'compact' which was absolutely fine and the little terrace was great. The kitchen area offered free drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Two things - we were there at the end of June and it was very hot. We had issues with the air conditioning, but soon sorted that out. We needed it on maximum almost all day. The breakfast was fine, but a little basic.

Very clean, modern property a very short walk to beaches, old town, and restaurants. It was nice to have complementary parking in such a busy city. Excellent breakfast. Marian is lovely, helpful, a talented cook, and excellent all around person who takes incredible care of the property, and makes everyone feel welcome. I would return just because of her.

The refrigerator in our room did not keep the mini bar items supplied by the B & B cold even before I put anything else in it. This could be because the refrigerator is encased in a lovely built in, however, that is most likely limiting air circulation causing the refrigerator to have difficulty cooling. The shower pressure is quite low.

This B & B is a gem, if you are thinking of visiting Tropea you should book this immediately! It's in a great location within easy reach of the train station, and a short walk from the historic centre of Tropea. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable and with a small balcony. Very comfy bed, great shower and loads of towels provided daily. The owner and staff put a lot of care and thought into what they provide for their guests. The breakfast options really offered something for everyone, from Calabrian specialities cooked daily to the more usual cornflakes and croissants. We really appreciated the cakes and snacks left out each day, and it was a really nice touch to be able to get a coffee at any time of day. The staff were so kind and helpful, and were happy to answer any questions and give us advice on the area. This was an inexpensive stay, and we felt fortunate to have made such a good choice of accommodation - we had a great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Tropea. Grazie mille Aldo, Anna. What a fabulous place to stay - room was spotless and little patio cute - Sandra welcomed us and Marian (from Venezuela) was simply superb - so friendly and helpful - lovely breakfasts and a great location. They advised us where to park our car for free and gave us tips on where to eat. Would highly recommend this place - they even have a lift to take those cases - no more stairs! Thank you

Nothing it was wonderful

Communication was excellent and Aldo met us at the station even though we missed a train and were two hours late. The rooms were comfortable and clean and breakfast was great. Food and drinks were available all day. B&B Vanity is a short walk to the main areas. We loved the beach and felt proud of ourselves for climbing the very doable steps down to it. Tropea was one of our favourite places in Italy, made all the more pleasant by the hospitality of Anna at B&B and the excellence of her place. A definite winner. Thank you Anna and Aldo.

Excellent small B&B , close to everything in Tropea centre. B&B is a gem. Great room , high spec, comfy bed, safe and fridge. B reakfast was continental style with great selection.They even offered snacks, cake and drinks all day which was brilliant. B&B is in third floor with lift but need to go down a flight of stairs to get to it. A perfect place to explore Tropea at a great price. Shout out to Anna and Francesca who provided useful recommendations , a map and helped to make our stay in Tropea amazing.

Not the B&Bs issue at all. The behaviour of other guests at breakfast. Like gannets filling their plates with mounds of food There was plenty to eat after breakfast opens at 8am. Suggest having breakfast a little later which was more relaxed.

The apartment was in a very good location with an easy walk from the train station and down to the beach. Marianmer who greeted us was excellent - she was friendly and very helpful. She was also there early the next morning making sure we had what we needed for breakfast as we had an early train. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The little extras like cake and tea/coffee/ lime slushy during our stay was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend if staying in Tropea. Thanks Marianmer for a great stay.

- absolutely one of the best breakfast services I've ever had (after 10+ years of travelling) - classic options like scrambled eggs, omlette, veggies, hams and cheeses, but also great variety of local products + everyday new freshly prepared sides (for example carmelised carrots with walnuts, grilled aubergine); absolutely loved it! + kitchen was generally accessible all the time - very good location - close both to city centre and train station - very good communication with B&B staff - clean and tidy

The location was excellent, and the facilities fully met our expectations. The breakfast was very good and a great start to the day.

There is paid parking right in front of the building, but on Friday evening it was full, so we had to wait for a spot and pay just to get to the hotel. They did share information about nearby free parking afterwords, but it would be helpful if this was provided in advance (for example, via WhatsApp) so guests can avoid waiting and paying unnecessarily.
