The hotel is excellent and in a fantastic location. Check-in was seamless, and the room was available early. The room was of a good size, with a small balcony. Air conditioning was good. Bed very comfortable. The shower was good with good pressure and temperature. Breakfast was lovely. The room area was small, so could get very busy in the morning. The coffee machine should be moved to the other side as the queue for this prevented people getting to the food. Staff lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Check out was early at 10.00. Would be nice if it was slightly later.

warm hosts, truly welcoming people, exemplary hoteliers. “a gem of a hotel”, in a central location, everything within walking distance. what can somebody say about the sparkling cleanliness of the rooms, which was done daily.!! their breakfast, was so tasty, with wide selection of handmade sweets and salted snacks, was enriched daily as to satisfy even the most demanding. But what makes this hotel exceptional is its wonderful people!! the ladies at breakfast were all so kind and helpful, (on the day of our arrival we were asked where we could get the red onion seeds and on the last day one of them brought us a big bag full of seeds from her own house!. The girls at the reception were truly friendly, they allowed us to check out 30 minutes later without any problem, while when we accidentally broke a glass they forgave us again, without any charge. all the visitors of Tropea deserve to live this hospitality experience, without doubt!!. We re beyond pleased that spent one week in this hotel and met this excellent team, Alla prossima

This was a great place to stay, the location was very central and easy to get to arriving by train. I had a room with a small balcony which I appreciated. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. There was a kettle in the room to make tea of coffee. Breakfast was a highlight with the amount of choices available and a lot of it cooked on site. Eggs were made on request.

There was limited storage space in the room and bathroom. Extra pillows would have been nice.

Lovely location and nice design overall. At first glance, everything looks great. The kind ladies serving breakfast were a highlight and left us with a warm feeling overall.

A few details let it down, like a moldy hairdryer and wine glasses that hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests. The biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing, loud voices at night and early morning noise from all sides. Due to this, it felt more like a hostel.

Everything about the Eliseo palace was perfect, communication was excellent and when we asked for an earlier check in we got it 😁. The position of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of Tropea and it also has parking , an added bonus , it's not free though but a very reasonable price per night. The breakfast was delicious and they made omelettes for my friends to order which is very unusual. I would highly recommend this small hotel , it's a gem 💎😁

Excellent small hotel, located very centrally but also very peaceful. Rooms are lovely, beds very comfortable, staff are very helpful. One of the most peaceful hotels I have ever stayed in!. All in all a great place to stay if you want to discover the Old Town of Tropea which is absolutely beautiful and definitely worth spending a few days there.

Clean, tidy room, nice staff, very good breakfast, hotel situated in the middle of "everything".

The temperature in the breakfast room was too low for this season. This was due to the fact that the entrance door was left open. You needed warm clothes to be able to enjoy your meal.

Great location, close to all amenities in town and only a 10 minute walk to the train station

We had an unfortunate problem with the room safe that would no longer open and required immediate attention on our departure day. The lady in charge was extremely professional and got help in time for our departure. Great job.

This was a little gem of a place right in the middle of all the restaurants shops. Guilia was so friendly and pleasant on arrival. It had a car park. The room was small but beautifully organised and had tiny balcony with table and 2 chairs. Spotlessly clean.

Maybe a hot bit of food it was all cold continental items

The hotel is new, modern, clean, lovely ... staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, handmade daily prepared by two ladies. I came first day before check in time and I was offered with free breakfast. The location is great, in the old town, close to the beach. I ordered transfer from the airport and everything was perfect, on time, as agreed. Strongly recommend.
