This was one of the best accomodations which we ever had. Everything is sparkling clean, the view from the balcony is outstanding, especially in the evening, the breakfast is simple but very tasty and the location is good, just a few minutes from the city centre. But the best part of this place are Francesco and his mother. They were very attentive with us during our stay, helped us with everything we need and made us feel really welcomed. If we will ever visit Tropea again in the future we would definitely want to stay here again. Francesco, we would like to thank you and your mom for everything. We wish you both all the best for the future.

Tropea is a beautiful old town perched on the cliff top with a stunning beach below. The town has a maze of little lanes and old buildings, numerous restaurants, bars and gelaterias, and a real buzz about it (in summer). Donna Rosa is really well located for this, just 5 mins walk from the centre. If you are arriving into Tropea by train, it is around 10-12 minutes walk from the station. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and Donna Rosa provides a lovely breakfast in morning with pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee. Francesco is a kind, helpful and friendly host. He provided us with tips on restaurants / gelaterias and information on other local beaches to visit - he even gave us a lift to a close by beach when we missed our train! There are large umbrellas that you can borrow for the beach. On the last day when we had a departure after check out time he allowed us to leave our luggage and even take a shower. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all - was all wonderful!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The location is near the center of town and perfect for exploring Tropea and all it has to offer. Francesco and his mother are absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I stayed here for 1 week and by the end of the week it started to feel like home. In addition to all else, they serve a lovely breakfast each morning and I enjoyed fresh pastries, fruits, and cappuccinos. Thank you for everything. Probably one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in in comparison to the price I paid. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! And to all who are considering booking this property— do it, you will NOT regret your decision.

We absolutely loved our stay at Donna Rosa and definitely recommend it! It is run by Francesco and his mom, and both are extraordinarily kind and helpful. They are clearly invested in making their guests' stay as pleasant as possible, always available and supportive. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the bathroom was the cleanest we’ve ever seen in a vacation accommodation, and you can feel that they manage their B&B with all their heart. Their hospitality made our stay really nice. We enjoyed their breakfast on the terrace with excellent coffee, amazing cornetti, and fresh fruit. The room was very, very quiet, the bed comfortable and we've slept very well. The location is great: a short walking distance from the beach, close to the city center, and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. Thank you for everything, we hope to come back some day!

The guest house is conveniently located close to the center , This made exploring the beautiful town incredibly easy and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and comfortable fully equipped with air conditioning, fridge and wifi. The service at Donna Rosa is exceptional. Francesco went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Both him and his mother were extremely nice, giving us tips of were to visit , recommending really good restaurants an excursions. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made a difference. Really would like to thank them for being the perfect hosts.

Nicely decorated accommodation, a stone throw away from the airport! Our room was in the ground floor but with the summer heat it was very fresh and secluded. easy access instructions and very very clean. The host couple are simply extremely hospitable and helpful!

For a longer stay, it would be good to know hat the accommodation was a bit far from Bari city center. we chose it because we had an early flight from the Airport, so it worked perfectly for that.

Francesco, the owner, made the experience so great. He was so friendly and accommodating, he personally showed us all the ins and outs of the room, and he was easily available for any questions that we had. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, and we loved the view and being able to sit on the spacious balcony. Also, having a drying rack on the balcony made it easy for us to clean our clothes! Breakfast was absolutely perfect and had everything you could have wanted (coffee, juice, fresh fruit, bread, cereal, yogurt, tiramisu!). Francesco really made our stay in Tropea very enjoyable. I would recommend Donna Rosa to anyone! We have no complaints at all.

The family at the property were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was typical Italian with sweet pastry. But there were fruits and yoghurt. And ability to cook. And they make you a coffee / cappuccino. The room was spacious, and the balcony was nice. Good location also.

The shower head probably needs to be replaced - the water flow was somewhat limited. Otherwise I'd be happy to return to this property.

We liked just about everything. Large rooms, nice and clean. well decorated and equipped with all that is needed. Host and Family very helpful in everything

Initial difficulty to find correct loaction, since address was a few hundred meters off. After calling the host, we received an updated address and arrived at the hotel, where we were greeted by the hosts parents. No inglish, just italian. But very easy to communicate with a lot of fun.

The host was amazing! He collected me from the station and drove me back there when I left. The room was really nice with a nice balcony and a great view. The breakfast was good and in pleasant surroundings. It was a short walk to visit the old city. There is a good restaurant about 100 mts from the accomodation. Very good place to stay.
