The hotel location and facilities were excellent. Right across the street from many restaurants and shops. A block from the Metro. The hotel restaurant was just right, low key but everything you needed and wasn't overpriced. The bartenders were fantastic! The valet was very convenient (but VERY pricey). The gym was outstanding! Clean and well equipped. Safe neighborhood.

I wouldn't say the room was the best ever; it was a bit outdated and could use some upgrading. Fairly small, lots of street noise and we could hear our neighbors through the walls. Only one bottle of water was provided and not even each day.

The room was very comfortable and appeared very clean. The hotel is well situated (close to a metro station and entertainment), and the hotel restaurant offers a selection of dishes and a full bar.

There was a slight absence of service in the hotel restaurant/bar area - for example, staff not checking up with tables and failure to clear empty glasses for patrons. In principle, I also don't like paying a "resort fee", even when known beforehand.

My daughter lives 10 minutes away and I have tried several hotels in Arlington/Ballston area. This was the best in comfort, amenities, cleanliness and friendly staff. I really appreciated the availability of several food options in the hotel, as well as, in the area.

Staff for the most part were great. The hotel is conveniently located close to a lot of restaurants, bars and the metro station. There is a Starbucks on site, gym and even a pool. Shoutout to Alex and Marcos at the front desk, stand up guys with great attitude and willing to answer questions and help. I will be returning soon!

I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door and even so cleaning ladies knocked at 7am on a Saturday. On another occasion we left to roam around Washington DC and came back to find cleaning personnel had gone into the room and rearranged our belongings (some very valuable). Nothing was lost and they did a good job of doing the bed but I feel they should be more wary of do not disturb signs.

Friendly staff, the rooms and the breakfast are good. Nice location, around 7 minutes walking from the metro station, with several cafés and places to dine in the surroundings

The air conditioner- the temperature was never hot enough

Our room had a kiddie toilet in it, not funny for a grown couple. The bathtub was dangerously slick, it is not suitable for showering. The luggage trolley Ai used was in disrepair and hard to manage.

Starbucks on site! Amazing location, distance to train and very nice neighborhood.

For the price of my stay, the breakfast could have been included and parking as well. I was a little shocked to pay for these

I was very impressed by the service I received from the front desk lady Jimena. She was very diligent in resolving an issue I had with my safe box. It was resolved in a couple of minutes.

Breakfast was OK..., but I would have expected a bit more form the Westin, and the price they charge!

The rooms were clean 👌, the staff was excellent. One staff member, Carlos went above and beyond his duties. We had a hard time finding our car. He actually took us to find my car.

The beds were hard, and the parking garage was confusing.

The room was nice, appeared clean. Housekeeping services were available every day for fresh towels and such. Beds and pillows are quite comfortable.

Actually, the carpet in that room is due is due for a good steam cleaning.
