Kristi was super! She helped us in a bad situation and couldn't have been any more helpful and courteous! She really went above and beyond helping us with our booking and we really appreciate her. The pool and hot tub were clean and very relaxing. The room had more than enough room and storage area. The hotel was quiet and all of the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was very good. Alot of variety at the breakfast bar and it was fresh and again.... Clean! We were able to sit by the pool and on the deck and visit with family for a long time. We will definitely be coming back when coming in town to visit family.

The only thing that I might say would've been nice was the tv in the room was a small.. but we weren't there to watch TV.

Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Our room had been upgraded from a single queen to a double queen suite. Housekeeping staff was friendly and provided us with clean towels each day without being asked.

Our room was a very long walk from the dining room and the front door and was hard on my husband who uses a cane. The bathroom needs towel bars and safety bars in the tub/shower. A comfortable chair would have been nice.

Love the wide hallways and easy access to room. Love the patio and pool area, the view of the mountains is beautiful. The size of the room was great. Easy parking and entry to building.

Carpet in the room was not clean and really worn. Areas in the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. Water was very hard and drying to skin. TV picture was dark and hard to see at times. Facility just needs some updates- the basics are good.

Great price for a nice place! Breakfast was decent. Very easy check in process. Overall a pleasant stay.

It was very strange, there was some damage at the bottom of our tub (room 223), and it appeared to be covered up with something (epoxy?) It was fine and did not affect us taking showers, it was just a very noticeable eyesore.

Didn't as why but a bag was wrapped around the toilet piping that kind of made me feel that management isn't so keen on fixing things ..and the elevator if the pool was open was no way to get to the pool as someone broke the 1st floor button on the elevator

This was the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time! The location is in a low congested area, but close to everything you would need. The beds were like sleeping in a high end hotel, and the room was very spacious. I will definitely be staying again when visiting Roanoke!

Good breakfast, they keep it stocked so people were not having to wait for food

The only issue for me was we requested connecting rooms or rooms side by side. Our rooms where a long hallway apart. This was a problem because we were traveling with young kids.

i loved the view and the outside dining overlooking the pool. The rooms were very spacious with a big closet. water pressure was great. Love the couch area it also had. desk area had a nice office chair.

the Toilet was small and too low. Carpet do not like carpet and stains. lately the hotels i've been staying have faux wooden floors. Also couch could be faux leather or real. But at least you can wipe it down couch had a small stain.

No lobby bathroom. Ice machine way down long hall on a different floor. One elevator for a very large hotel. Few tables for breakfast for a very large hotel. Location not near any other services.

I appreciate the location and the price. Breakfast is okay, but could be better. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

It's a crude thing to say, but the toilet bowl is... too shallow. That can be a problem for men, just saying.
