The location was perfect, the bed was SUPER comfortable. The drinks were tasty!

The 9th floor needs a little more updating. Charging extra for beach chairs and an umbrella is a bit excessive. As an already paying guest, I expect that to be included as you are a hotel on a beach. If I wanted to pay extra for that, I would have paid a cheaper room rate for a hotel that’s not on the beach. I get paying an up-charge for the cabana type umbrella, but basic 2 chairs and regular umbrella should be included for hotel guests. Also, we did not receive room service on one day during our stay and had to call for fresh towels in order to shower after our day at the pool. Just an inconvenience.

I appreciated the later check out as my flight to London was overnight.

The toilets at beach side/by where the towels are given are in an awful and very dirty state! That was very disappointing. Horrible and smelly. Also charging loads of money for the beach equipment. Too much actually. Loungers and umbrellas should be free for the hotel guests. No buffet style breakfast was disappointing.

The room and view were amazing!! Clean! Staff was friendly. Pool was clean and nice to not small chlorine!! Tiki bar with live music on the beach was great and we truly enjoyed

Although we were willing to pay the price we did for the stay, it would have been nice to maybe get a beach chair rental on discount or included with stay. Also, no breakfast or discounts included with stay.

NICE BEACH VIEW BUT NOT AT THE END OF THE BUILDING. WE WERE OVER THE ROOF TOP OF THE RESTAURANT. GREAT LOCATION FOR WALKING AROUND TOWN! TOMMY'S TIKI BAR ON THE BEACH WAS FUN-GREAT DRINKS, BUT A BIT PRICEY. SO WE WEREN'T THERE THAT OFTEN. LOBBY BAR ALSO BEAUTIFUL. GREAT BARTENDER (SAM) EXCELLENT DRINKS. AGAIN, PRICEY DRINKS, SO ONLY THERE A COUPLE TIMES. SAND CASTLE IN THE LOBBY IS AMAZING! THE POOL WAS WONDERFUL. WE DIDN'T DRINK THERE THOUGH.

HAD A COUPLE TROUBLING ISSUES THAT WERE VERY PROMPTLY RESOVLED WHEN WE GOT HOME* BY DINZEL !! HOPEFULLY, IF WE STAY THERE AGAIN, THOSE ISSUES WON'T BE THERE. LOL I DID SUGGEST 1 FREE COFFEE FOR EACH PAYING GUEST EACH DAY FROM THE RESTAURANT. (ONE ISSUE WAS OUR COFFEE MAKER) I ALSO SUGGESTED AT LEAST ONE FREE DRINK FOR EACH PAYING GUEST*THEIR CHOICE, AT THE TIKI BAR.

The ocean front location was ideal and the proximity to the boardwalk made in an ideal location! The option to get a bike at no extra cost and to do a couple of water activities made it an excellent choice!

A detailed explanation that the room we were getting didn't have a nice view of the ocean at all. It would be great to know that if you are on the rooms to the side of the hotel on lower floors, you only get a view of the AC units.

The view from my gulf front room was perfect. More than enought outlets for all our electronics. Plenty of towels provided for us in the bathroom. Really appreciated the free bottled water in our room so we could we take our morning medications.

No handsoap by the bathroom sink. Would appreciate a written channel guide for the TV. All of us are not attached to a cell phone. The conference restroom was had an overflowing toilet one morning and the next morning the same restroom was out of toilet paper in my stall plus had an empty hand towel dispenser.

The view and the location

I got bit a lot on my legs on the deck facing the gulf. The room was a little small for a king-size room. For the price, I paid for the evening ( a little over double what I normally pay) I expected a bigger room like the advertised picture for the king-size room.
