We were very impressed with the night manager (Abdel). He was so pleasant to talk with and very helpful. The daytime manager (Juanita) was also nice and helpful also. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. The rooms were clean. The location was very convenient and easy to get to.

Pool was closed an hour earlier than posted for testing. Only 2 towels in room..but house keeping was quick to rectify.

Have no complaints about anything during our stay.

The pool was closed and the breakfast was absolutely horrible! The eggs were slimy and rubbery, sausage looked like cadaver fingers, they had cereal but no milk and the juice machine was out. definitely not what we’ve experienced at other Best Western hotels.

the man that was on the front desk during my stay this is my second time seeing him. he didnt want to give me a room this time and was being very unprofessional and he makes me uncomfortable with how he was acting and how he kept asking questions everytime he seen me walk down there.

Kind of pricey (450.00) for 2 nights, but it was a game weekend at Notre Dame.

The curtains don’t fully close, interesting design by whoever placed the blinds.

We know it was a handicapped accessible room, but the handheld shower was difficult to use. We expected a shower head that we could stand under.

The breakfast was fair. Need more variety. Location was exceptional. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.
