Friendly Employees, they were very helpful. The breakfast was good. Could have used a little more I think but that's just me. I'm not big on sausage. and the potatoes were too spicy for my taste. The waffles were good. And enjoyed the coffee. The beds and pillows were comfortable. That's always a big plus. Housekeeping kept us in towels and supplies every day. Really appreciated that.

I could hear the visitors next to us. Just a little disturbing. I wasn't aware the hotel was pet friendly and I have an allergic sensitivity to dogs and cats. But I suffered through. I did notice a little smell when I first went into the room as if animals had been there. But the sheets and towels smelled clean. Over all they are great!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The location was great! We walked to the restaurant next door. There is an ice cream shop, too. The breakfast was good.

This is not any fault of the hotel, but when we returned from the restaurant there was a guest behaving illogically and arguing with the front desk staff. We were concerned for her, but she managed this situation professionally and used language to deescalate him. We were impressed with the way that she managed this situation.

Was not told of discounts when I checked the hotels site. Was there for Grace College graduation. Found out after we could have gotten both rooms at a much better discount.

The luggage racks were unusable. Flat tires that could not hold air. Lots of luggage for a 77 year old disabled vet so his 71 year old wife has to do everything. Made it beyond irritating trying to negotiate with flat tires

Pretty good motel, but not the best BW+ we've ever stayed in. We slept well but not the highest attention to detail we've seen with most BWs. Both luggage carts were nearly non-functional with flat tires and wheels that did not track each other. But the room was quiet and safe. Asked for 3rd floor, but got second.

The room was unacceptable due to the bathroom sink did not work, the tube had water standing in it. When taking a shower the water would not drain and you would be standing in water. I should have received another room or a refund of some of my money.

The parking, the breakfast and the room was very nice.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. The pool and the breakfast it was complimentary.

I didn't have hot water for a night. But it was fixed the next after noon. Certain housekeepers need to be trained. I don't want how to clean a room when guests stay several days.

Nice clean room. Our kids loved the Indoor pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of food options in the area. The price was very reasonable. Decent breakfast, stayed several days and each day the breakfast options were a little different. Excellent coffee machine in the breakfast area.

No hot breakfast was served due to it being New Years Day :( We also found several stink bugs in our room but those are just very minor things.

The breakfast was wonderful! Plenty of options, tasty, etc. The waffles were excellent! The location was good for what we needed, and the pool was good. The lobby and entry area were very nice, clean and inviting. Overall the important stuff was taken care of well.

(Room 225). The desk lamp and coffee maker didn't work in our room. The tv controller in front of the sofa didn't work. The outlet by the couch was so loose that you couldn't plug anything in.

Very easy to find. And very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. .

Few things needed fixed but maintenance kind. Normal wear and tear especially for a busy hotel.
