We loved staying at Tru! This was our second stay and we will be back again. It is in a safe location, though some additional sidewalks in the neighborhood would’ve been nice for walking (but I wouldn’t mark it down for that). It’s right off the highway and within minutes of whatever you need. The whole hotel was clean, including the rooms. I could sleep, shower, and hang out comfortably. The breakfast was great! They even had different options on the second morning we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Guests respected quiet hours, which was nice for getting rest. It was so nice to be able to have a safe, clean, and comfortable hotel room I could come back to while navigating a funeral. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Room was Clean and functional. This was our second stay. The first time we felt welcomed and the staff was friendly. We liked the facility, that's why we chose to return. Larita, the sweet lady who tended to the breakfast counter and lobby area was very conscientious about her responsibilities. And she was welcoming.

Our arrival - front desk staff was not welcoming. Acted more like we were an inconvenience. His conversation was mumbled as he informed us that they did not have our reservation. I still don't know who dropped the ball, if it was him or booking.com. I was able to contact booking.com and they called the front desk and the reservation was then found.

This is our go-to hotel in Warsaw when we visit family! Hotel is very nice and clean! Staff is always great! And it’s dog friendly as well! The front desk staff gave our fur baby treats both days we were there! So sweet!

While not the hotels fault, the one downside we had on our trip was other guests. There were multiple trucks full of people drinking and smoking and yelling in the parking lot blocking spaces while kids ran around outside and in our hallways. Banging on multiple doors (including ours) at midnight. We called the front desk and they were great apologized and came up to try and find the kids. Other guests were looking in the hallways with my husband when the kids were banging on all the doors. Definitely startling and annoying while trying to sleep. Woke our dog and freaked him out. But it’s not on the hotel itself or workers. Everyone did what they could. Some guests however could be better people.

Breakfast was ok. The rooms were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

I thought the breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular. Because this is the second Tru by Hilton that we have stayed in, I think the corporation needs to look at redesigning the set up. Disorganized.

This hotel was new, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great!

The TV had issues with the guide which made watching tv very challenging. They were slow in stocking breakfast and that caused delays to our morning and a less than satisfactory breakfast experience.

How welcoming the front desk lady was when I checked in. Also I felt like I was a bother with the times I asked for something but I was always reassured that it wasn't a problem

The dead bolt in 129 didn't lock - not a big deal but would of liked the added security

Exceptionally clean. Great staff. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t get in our rooms due to key cards not working (thanks to CrowdStrike update) but the staff never made us feel we were inconveniencing them whenever we asked to be let back into our rooms.

everything was great, the staff were helpful. My only complaint was with Booking.com. I tried to book the room, and some how got linked with Booking.com and I was extremely unhappy with this process. My daughter was in a softball tournament and ended up being done early and booking.com would not allow any changes to the reservation. I was extremely unsatisfied with this and will never use them ever again! I paid over $500 for one night. I will also tell everyone I know not to use Booking.com!

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

The staff member that checked us in was very unfriendly and made us feel like we were bothering her to even check us in. The morning staff was completely different, they were very friendly and welcoming.
