Loved the staff the are always very nice. The pool is always a great bonus for the kids. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool table. The weight room should be able to be accessed 24/7. Overall the facility was very clean. It was nice to relax in the lounge area near the entrance. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant attached, the food there was delicious.

Disappointed that the hot tub was not open.

When we arrived we were iffy based on the reviews and past experiences in hotels so we asked the front desk if we could tour the hotel before booking. He was super friendly and let us do so. Throughout our stay everyone was so nice. My family and I went to the restaurant where the food was great as well as drinks at the bar were great. My husband ordered a drink that they don’t serve but they were willing to make it. The kids loved the pool and arcade area, I loved the hot tub. Overall it was a great stay so if we have to go to Warsaw again I know where we will be staying.

Judging from the outside I did not expect the inside to be as nice as it is.It has a restaurant/bar that has excellent food at a very reasonable price has a game room with pool hot tub. Big parking lot also.

I really don't have any complaints about this hotel highly recommend staying there you will be surprised I know I was I have stayed there seven different times since for work

The location is great right off 30 highway and close to stores and restaurants. The pool and spas areas are excellent and the pool room and gane room was and extra plus.

No late night food , but that's warsaw in general. Only 1 ice machi again in the duturene worked during our stay. No smoking rooms ,but again that's warsaw in general.

Good location near parks, theatre, restaurants, etc. The restaurant staff were nice and helpful. This is a pet friendly facility. I have an older, blind dog and she was very comfortable, especially with the quietness of the hotel.

The hot tub was not working.

Conveniently located to the wedding venue and restaurants in the area. We especially appreciated the friendliness and the willingness to make us comfortable by the front desk staff.

The property could use updating and a deep cleaning. There were only two towels and two washcloths in the bathroom for the king bed with a sleeper sofa. When we went to the desk at night to retrieve an extra towel and washcloth and extra pillow for the sleeper sofa, the front desk agent was unable to give us any because it was locked up in housekeeping.

Love that it was quite at night. And we sleep great at night.

Wish the pool was a little warmer. And wish they checked the restrooms more in the pool area.

My daughter, husband & 2 friends from Seattle stayed here & LOVED it !! They haven't stopped talking about how lovely the staff were, how clean & appointed the rooms were & were very impressed with the pool area

Honestly my only complaint was the pillows they were fluffy which is awesome but there was no support. We ended up leaving early because we couldn't get comfortable. The rest of the room was great!

The breakfast was excellent staff was very friendly and plesant.

The fact the ice machine on the first floor barely gave any ice and kept saying it was off
