Was a very nice location, got there and was welcomed by the staff very well- even with them switching due to their shift patterns, each one felt like they were there for you first. All were extremely welcoming throughout the stay and kept a high standard of customer service. I added my Girlfriend on the day as I was going there to stay with her and there were no quarrels, simply signing a piece of paper extra with her name! No charges thanks to the room being able to house two already. We even had a jacuzzi in our room, which I forgot I'd booked! It was a nice little thing, fits two somewhat comfortably if you're both of around average height. The area it's in is great for wanting to check out Syracuse, being a 10 minute walk for the main 'highway' such area with all the food places, and even allows door dash directly to the room.

For being an older hotel this was a nice place. The place was clean, staff friendly, pool warm for grandkids, pet friendly and had a nice breakfast set up. This isn’t a newly renovated hotel but had everything we needed. I felt safe staying there with 3 young grandkids. Was close enough for food and snacks.

This had nothing to do with the hotel itself but the inconsiderate guest. If a hotel is nice enough to be pet friendly and not charge an outrageous amount for that privilege pick up after your pet!!!

The entire experience was comfy cozy, it's a beautiful place to stay with your significant other or a family trip, the entire place was very clean and the staff are extremely nice, I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone, the price is well worth the stay!

I didnt like that my time here had to end so quickly, it was a lil get away I wish I could get back

No light in the shower/bathroom, no one made up my bed or checked the room for the second night?

Very nice Hotel with a huge green garden and fire place! A veeery nice Gnom Garden, make sure to see it! Nice breakfast! Nice staff, nice rooms!

Location was amazing. Staff didn't mention breakfast or the dining room when we checked in. I didn't read the pamphlet until day two.

Coffee maker was really dirty inside. Gave it to the hostess and never received it back. She had me pay for a K cup rather than telling me coffee was in the dining room 😟

This place was beautiful and peaceful!

The bed wasn't comfortable but other than that, our experience was great.
