The staff. Particularly, a staff member by the name of Mason. I made a mistake, in scheduling. I had the wrong weekend. Without reservation insurance, I could’ve lost my prepaid room. And would’ve had to pay, again to stay that night. Mason want the extra mile to straighten out my reservation. Something he did not have to do.

The property is clean, well-maintained, centrally located and has all the basics that are needed Or put the hotel, over the top, for me was the work of the staff/, Mason.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and cozy!

We stayed for two nights and wanted to make full use of the included breakfast 6a - 10a, however, on the second morning, we found the breakfast bar was being deconstructed well before the 10am closing. This was very disconcerting as this item was a very important aspect of our booking this hotel.

The location was perfect for what we were there for, and the parking was easy to access.

The breakfast was good, but there was a lot of waste! It was weird to have biscuits with NO gravy. Instead they had a crock pot filled with Oatmeal next to the biscuits. We watched so many people put spoonful's of oatmeal on their biscuits, only to get to the table and realize it was not sausage gravy. Then they threw away their whole plate and started over. It was a lot of wasted food, and when we suggested to the lady in charge that she move one or the other in order to stop the confusion - she said that corporate said she had to do it that way. You really need to rethink your breakfast choices or layout.

The check in gentleman was cordial, friendly and greeted us very well.

Coffee at the breakfast bar wasn't hot. We ate breakfast around 8:15 AM. We had to heat our coffee in the microwave.

Location was fine.

Potatoes at breakfast had not been heated…tasted like they were straight from the refrigerator (we were there at 8:00a.m. The butter container was empty, brown sugar container was empty. The attendant was in the kitchen looking at her phone.

The breakfast was very generic not much seasoning or flavor with eggs and meats.

Why were kids allowed to run in the hall being loud at about 7:00 am??

We enjoyed the breakfast, many options to choose from. Bridget at the front desk was fantastic!

Our room was very hot when we arrived. It took several hours for the air conditioning to do its magic and cool the room. The pool area was very hot.

Breakfast was good. Could have had a little better variety of fruit but I'm more of a vegetarian than most people. All that was available was a few apples. I had oatmeal with raisins and added some raspberry yogurt. Good location with easy access to everything I needed.

Don't like that the pool and hot tub closes at night. I don't feel that hurts a thing for this to stay open 24 hours. I kept checking and there were several people in the hot tub until it closed at 11:00. I then tried to get in the hot tub the next morning but the doors stayed locked until I had to leave at 8:30 am. Never did get to use either the pool or the tub.

Very easy and quick check-in and checkout. Everything was Very clean and comfortable.
