Quiet room with great view of the suburban forests. Very comfortable bedding and sheets. Plenty of towels.

David, a member of the front desk staff, treated us to the most spectacular customer service experience of our lives. He made us feel like royalty and it set the tone for an absolutely amazing stay. Great vibes, great room, great pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, we had an amazing late meal at Harry Caray's and the food was incredible! 10 out of 10 all around! Thank you David!!!!

We had mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff was kind enough to bring us champagne and a desert. The shower was huge and the room was clean.

The valve that switched between showerheads was broken so you couldn't switch between the shower head and the handheld shower. The TV also had something wrong with the volume, so you had to turn it way up to hear it. It worked, but it wasn't great. Other than that it was very nice.

Location,  starting when you walk in you smell clean smells and you walk into a very nice bright, updated modern place with smiling faces bellhops and Starbucks in another restaurant  the rooms are pretty comfortable  Our room could use a little bit of paint touchup, but it was quite clean and comfortable with definitely stay again.  The pool, hot tub and fitness area was excellent. They even had locker rooms and a  sauna  complementary robes in the closet and lavender pillow. Roll-on was a nice touch.  Oh, and I liked my name being on the TV. That was a nice personal touch. I appreciated that staff was also wonderful. They wouldn’t give me a few minutes later on my check out but that’s OK. The stuff is still great.

I have no grievances with the property  It was an excellent stay  I guess just a nit pick  the housekeeper, forgot one of our glasses on our wet bar but everything was clean and nice  and I didn’t use any of the glasses so didn’t bother me at all

The room was comfortable. Plenty of space for 3 people. Good walking distance to stores and mall.

The last time we came here, the person who checked us in made it an amazing experience. This time, it was very underwhelming and the person checking us in was very transactional and not very kind. The pool room was rusty and run down and the bathrooms were filthy.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The decor and furniture were very modernized as well. The bathrooms were very nice and clean, and I enjoyed a few of the bonus appliances.

I feel the price was a bit excessive just for an overnight stay. I was not able to take advantage of any other amenities either. I was also displeased with not being able to check in directly online and use a mobile key.

The size of the jr suite we booked was very spacious,the bathroom was really nice as well.the location was everything,we were close by restaurants,shopping malls etc.loved the free parking.

The breakfast that was included was basic especially for the price,we didnt get to use the social hr that was included because it was a weekend.

Very detailed and beautifully designed lobby. Also love that the elevator requires a room key to traverse the building increasing security.

The location, the corner room, which is really awesome.

The bed was uncomfortable, and no microwave in the room.

The location is wonderful. The lobby smells wonderful.

The hotel is starting to show wear. The bottom of the doors of the rooms are starting to peel. Our refrigerator didn’t work. We had to call maintenance. The safe did not work. The door to the bathroom has swollen so much overtime that you needed to push to actually get out of it.
