They were courteous and professional. I called with a question about payment since I didn’t pay in advance and they were wonderful despite my cancellation. You have a great and professional team working there.

I like the fact that the hotel is clean and in a good area.

I didn't like that I was not on the top floor. And I didn't like the fact that the ATM machine was not working to get cash.
