The staff was very friendly, they made sure me and my partner were having a good time and told us of fun places to visit which were a blast to go to. The hotel was a very nice place to rest at once it was too hot to go walking around outside. The pool was very nice and cool and we had a good time swimming in there. The staff was very understanding of us needing a little more time in the morning to gather our things before going off to our train, over all the hotel was a life saver of our trip and If anyone ask about hotels to stay in while in Hanford this one would be my first answer.

Everything was splendid! The staff was professional and excellent. The room very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Hanford is a charming little town with great dining within walking distance. The streets are safe and clean. This Comfort Inn becomes The Hanford Hotel tomorrow so don’t miss out on a lovely experience. Highly recommended.

For the price there is nothing about this hotel that isn’t wonderful. I will be back!

Staff very friendly the young lady at the desk greeted us with bottle water that came just time after a long drive and a very hot day. So sweet of her. Room was very comfortable we stayed two nights cleaning ladies were very polite and provide us with fresh towels for the next day and cleaned without us asking them to do so. Breakfast was very good too. Can’t wait to go visit family again and Stay at the Comfort Inn where we were very Comfortable. My hat 🎩 off to you all …

The breakfast was good there was a lot of choices you could have grab and go or you can eat a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage biscuits and gravy it was definitely exceeding to my expectations I would definitely stay there again

I think the only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was the water pressure although the shower felt really good the water pressure was it strong but it was very hot it was nice and steady it just wasn't a strong water pressure and the pool wasn't open

Friendly staff, quiet, clean.

Smoke alarm went off 4 times during the middle of the night on our second night. We have two young children, and it disrupted all our sleep which we were not happy about.!When we let the staff know the next morning they did not seem too concerned. Which we expected a better response.

Breakfast and the attendant was FABULOUS! Couldn't say enough good things! News was LOUD in the dining area at breakfast and she turned it down at our request. She was helpful and kind. Loved the clean remodeled room!

Little bar behind the inn was EXTREMELY loud where you could hear every word of every rock song at 10pm on Saturday night from our bed. Not a great vibe for a family with 2 children. Luckily, each night stand had ear plugs without request, which helped. Just very unprofessional and disrespectful of the bar and to the guests of the inn. Also, the lady at check in, wasn't friendly and welcoming. The lady in the mornings and at check out was wonderful.

I appreciate the ambience and environment. I love the music playing in the lobby when I'm at the front desk and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that the complimentary breakfast has a nice variety of choices. Altho I didn't take advantage of it, I like that there's a gym. Next time I'm there I will be using it. I like the location, it's easy to get to from the freeway.

Staff was very polite and the room was comfortable. Would book another stay.

There was another resident, an older women on the 3rd floor, that would would prop the door open with a rock when she went to smoke and it bothered me because there was a family with kids on the first floor.

The mattress was not the best. The bed was presented well with lots of comfy pillows, but the mattress made it hard to fall to sleep. The room was very clean and stocked with everything important to feel at home. Breakfast was also good! Thank you for a cozy environment and friendly personnel!

Super safe and close to walkable downtown. The hotel has redone the rooms and is very clean. Some of the things that don't matter, like the elevator, are older, but the convenience, safety, quiet and comfort more than make up for it.
