What a beautiful hotel on the Marina! The interior of the hotel was awesome and inviting. This is one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed at. All of the staff were friendly. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The front desk did not on their own will provide any information about the local area or about dining choices at the hotel or surrounding area. The exterior of the hotel needs some repair, the awnings were in pretty bad shape and were wind torn or completely missing.

Swimming pool is lovely! Good sized rooms with balcony and view across the marina. Gym facility excellent. Easy parking but at additional cost.

No pool towels available and had to go to reception to ask; they then took a further 10 mins to arrive. Breakfast was very slow on one morning; only one lady serving and she did her best. Improved to excellent service over the weekend. The room was very dark even with all of the lights on.

My room was very good. I got the handycap room had extra bars on the walls for support. My room had a door that slides open so was able to set on the deck just above the water where small boats and sail boats were parked.

when one drives in from the street all buildings look the same and go by numbers. I was unaware of this and the hotel looks like the building that have offices. Suggest put up a sign pointing where to turn to get to the hotel.

What my friends I enjoyed most was your hostess Barbara, she was so friendly and personable.

I picked the hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub , I was so bummed when we got our bathing suites on and went to the pool, only to find out their was a issue, the the pool was closed.

I’ve stayed here before many times with my Mom to visit cousins in the area. this visit my husband was having some serious trials from stroke and I traveled to visit cousins while he was in UCSF for a week. The staff is so pleasant and accommodating and remembered my name. I shared a funny story about a visit my Mom and I made! we were told a continental buffet for breakfast. we thought we found it, as we filled our plates I noticed everyone going into a specific room to eat and noticed a staff member from hotel writing down info! I’m in the dental profession and recognized that this was a seminar!! I told Mom just walk to our room with our plates immediately! once there I told her it wasn’t our hotel buffet! we ate our breakfast, Thankyou and then I thought of my goodness! We have plates and no charge for room service!! We washed plates in our room and I put in my luggage!! upon checkout my Mom was certain buzzers would go off at leaving and left me to checkout! Needless to say, my Mom has since passed but I use these plates daily!! Hope you appreciate the hilarity here!! Colette

The bartender had to take our order in the restaurant ( we’re short a server) and he was exceptionally gracious providing excellent service! I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous, kind and professional he was in a potentially awkward situation. He definitely deserves praise and recognition for his service! Thank him again.

Only thing I can think of is we had to ask for extra blankets and towels.

Hotel was on point- all staff was awesome. Location is incredible if you love nature and being on the river. Breakfast was a deal when you get out through the hotel ($20 for 2 people & many menu choices from the restaurant made to order not a buffet)

Booking.com overpromised a balcony room which the Sheraton doesn't have. Booking.com also did not inform about additional price PER PET. Wouldn't go through booking.com again without calling the hotel directly first.

Breakfast was great and our waitress was above the usual. She was great.

It was not wonderful that there were dogs all over the lobby and even in Dining area. I would hesitate to stay again as I have allergies and would not be comfortable in a room that had any animals in it and am not used to staying in Hotels where there are dogs every where. It is a nice location and that is a plus and dining is great. THE AIR CONDITIONER IS VERY Loud

I felt very at home there I had to come visit my mom for Christmas I've been sick and had surgery and my mom is in a care facility close by and I took a long shot and booked this wonderful place it turned out to be a life savior the front desk wonderful people everyone I met on property were so friendly The restaurant they have on property oh my goodness just superb food the staff the management of the restaurant so caring so sweet They did everything they could to make sure I was able to eat the foods I'm only allowed to eat I was honored

I wish the weather was a little warmer

The property is in the perfect location. You can get to so many areas from this location. They also have ample charging stations for EVs. The main space is a bit outdated but the rest of the hotel is lovely.
