Beautiful place, great room, nice amenities

Across the board, the food was not good, especially for the price. The drinks were overpriced and weak - especially at the mexican restaurant. The drink cart was great and the bartender running it made great drinks. The disappointing food leaves a bad impression at a destination resort.

We have been going to this property for 25 years. It’s a gorgeous place with great views and restaurants and staff. Brian and Morgan’s is a fave.

It’s time for the rooms to be upgraded with new carpeting and furniture

it’s a beautiful property in Spanish style. I loved our room. we had a deluxe king suite with patio. the room was clean, I loved the design. bed is comfortable. there are two restaurants at the property. I recommend you go to the Spanish one for dinner and American for breakfast. there’s a market place where you can get yourself a coffee with yogurt or croissant. the property offers remote check in and wireless key from your phone which is very convenient! make sure you download the Hilton Honors app to get the access.

the pools were dirty with leaves all over and the pool floor was literally covered in dirt. there’s practically NO POOL service. so beware of that and come prepared :) if you want to enjoy a drink or food by the pool you’d have to hunt it yourself: either bring from a store or walk to the restaurant.

Room was clean and well appointed. The daily service was excellent. Staff was outstanding. Had a fantastic eggs benedict breakfast at the golf course.

I can't think of a thing that we experienced that was bad.

The property and gardens are stunning.

So much renovation work at the moment. 6am work starts every morning. It felt we shouldn’t have been in the workmen’s way while we used the pool.

The resort grounds were spectacular at every turn! So beautiful and so many pools it felt like a cluster of boutique hotels inside a huge resort. The spa was luxurious and, although the front desk staff was not terribly friendly, the technicians were excellent.

For such a beautiful resort, our room was not as clean as it should have been. The sitting chair was dirty and the carpeting was filthy, especially near the door. The W. C. had long dark hairs on the toilet & floor. Some toiletries were missing and the coffeemaker was broken.

We upgraded our room but were put right next to a gate that was continuously opened and slammed shut from 6 AM to 11 PM. Also, even worse a family in room next to us had screaming kids starting at 6:30 AM both inside and outside of the room.

Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms and lots to do.

While the staff was helpful, we didn’t feel pampered. for example, there was no one coming around at the pool to take orders and all food is ordered from your phone. Nobody circled the pool to clean up and remove towels from lounge chairs. it felt very “contactless” which isn’t what 5 star hotels are doing these days.

Very nice resort. Personel was very kind and helpful. Some equipments where a little old inside the rooms, other than that I had an enjoyable stay.
