What I loved most about the hotel was the location and how friendly the staff was, I celebrated my son birthday an they gave us a complimentary breakfast for the day of his birthday, breakfast was really good an fresh, romantic was so clean and the EVS service were very nice an pet us with clean towels, never had to call for anything

Only issue I had was parking, I feel is tho if we are paying for the hotel why should the guest pay to park an not only that is per day it begins to be really expensive

The hotel had a lot of positives, but also a few challenges. The staff were friendly and did their best, but it was clear the hotel was understaffed. There was only one person at the front desk, trying to check in guests while also handling phone calls. I had to wait on the line for a couple of minutes each time I called. On the plus side, the location was excellent—very convenient, close to the airport, and with easy access to West LA and the southern parts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and another great feature is that the hotel is pet-friendly, and there’s no extra charge for bringing your pets. That was a big bonus for me!

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the additional charges. The parking fee was $34 per night, which felt quite overpriced. On top of that, breakfast wasn’t included in the booking and seemed to require an extra charge. When you factor in both the parking and breakfast costs, the overall price of the stay becomes quite high compared to other hotels in the same category that offer these amenities at a lower or no extra cost. It made the total booking feel a bit overpriced.

Staff remains excellent - friendly, courteous, efficient. Rooms are spacious, well-attended, clean. Location is ideal - close to LAX and to downtown LA.

Breakfast was by order - no buffet. At peak hours, the staff (only 1 person on shift) was easily overwhelmed (certainly not her fault). Would prefer to bring back the buffet style breakfast.

The property is great

The receptionist Ms Ruby is the rudest person ever! super cocky does not even know how to treat customers, I have asked to clean the room twice in the morning and left for the day, we came back in the evening and they did not even clean it at all and when I told Ms Ruby about this incident she was super rude smiling in a sarcastic way looking at me as if I was retarded! The management should review the staff they employ who should know how to work with customers in hospitality industry. Generally she ruined our evening and I do hope she will have the consequences for this behavior meaning to be fired!

It’s a good hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. 10m drive from the airport. Uber costs around 30USD. It’s a bit overpriced but that’s standard in LA. The receptionist tried to charge us again even though we paid through booking.com. She claimed the payment didn’t go through. Another person stepped in to help. So need to be careful.

Enjoyed the modern interior and exterior hotel design. As well as the outdoor rooftop area with area to lounge around the bonfire. The hotel room layout with the sofa area overlooking the LAX was also a nice touch! It was pleasant to see the airplanes land.

It would’ve been nicer if there was a pool and jacuzzi within the hotel property not shared with Hyatt’s next door. Checked it out but wasn’t attracted to swim there.

The hotel was very quiet and the usual noise (noisy guests or sounds from outside) weren’t an issue. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well laid out.

The bathroom door is a sliding glass door so it was a bit awkward to close and lit up the room when someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night. It wasn’t terrible, just more something to consider if you have kids or are sharing the room with others.

Rooftop bar was nice and had its own menu, which was interesting. The rooms looked nice and the hotel overall was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful.

The continental breakfast was incredibly mediocre while also being way too expensive for what you get, which included stale cereal and lukewarm eggs (recommend finding literally anywhere else for breakfast, you'll pay less and be more satisfied). The beds were not particularly comfortable.

The location is convenient, and an airport shuttle can be requested. The staffs there are friendly and responsive. They helped us a lot in arranging shuttle and room services, as well as storing our luggage after check-out. The room and the lobby are very clean and tidy. It has been a very pleasant stay for me and my boyfriend.

The location was perfect. The hotel is located near industrial buildings and not so much in the city with a lot of traffic, so the location felt very safe. The rooms are VERY nice. They have a bar, and rooftop area which I sat and enjoyed my morning coffee. Overall, this hotel was super clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again.

I didn't like that the breakfast was not included, but they did offer complimentary coffee, and tea.
