What I loved most about the hotel was the location and how friendly the staff was, I celebrated my son birthday an they gave us a complimentary breakfast for the day of his birthday, breakfast was really good an fresh, romantic was so clean and the EVS service were very nice an pet us with clean towels, never had to call for anything

Only issue I had was parking, I feel is tho if we are paying for the hotel why should the guest pay to park an not only that is per day it begins to be really expensive

Very clean lobby, as well as the rooms. We had access to the pool next-door at the Hyatt place, and it was very easy to access. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They represent your hotel well.

Have never run into a fee to check in early. I wasn’t asking for my room. I just wanted to go ahead and take care of that process but it was going to be $100 at the time I got there $50 at noon and would be free after 2 o’clock. The lady at the desk was very kind to ask first before she charged me and asked if I was OK with that and I told her no so I waited to check in. They did take my luggage so we could go walk to get some lunch. I would still go back and stay at that hotel if I needed one in that area. I was very happy with the hotel.

The hotel had a lot of positives, but also a few challenges. The staff were friendly and did their best, but it was clear the hotel was understaffed. There was only one person at the front desk, trying to check in guests while also handling phone calls. I had to wait on the line for a couple of minutes each time I called. On the plus side, the location was excellent—very convenient, close to the airport, and with easy access to West LA and the southern parts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and another great feature is that the hotel is pet-friendly, and there’s no extra charge for bringing your pets. That was a big bonus for me!

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the additional charges. The parking fee was $34 per night, which felt quite overpriced. On top of that, breakfast wasn’t included in the booking and seemed to require an extra charge. When you factor in both the parking and breakfast costs, the overall price of the stay becomes quite high compared to other hotels in the same category that offer these amenities at a lower or no extra cost. It made the total booking feel a bit overpriced.

I liked how nice the location was. The room was very modern and the how whole looked new. I love the rooftop food and also the lounge downstairs. I also love how pet friendly it was. That is a big plus for us.

I didn't like that i have to pay for parking and breakfast. I understand the parking addition to it because of the lounge and restaurant. However, this is an expensive stay.

Staff remains excellent - friendly, courteous, efficient. Rooms are spacious, well-attended, clean. Location is ideal - close to LAX and to downtown LA.

Breakfast was by order - no buffet. At peak hours, the staff (only 1 person on shift) was easily overwhelmed (certainly not her fault). Would prefer to bring back the buffet style breakfast.

Love how clean the place was, very modern. Also the fact that we are able to have our 4 legged baby with us, and be able to get her away from the fireworks chaos in itself is a huge plus.

Breakfast selections could improve and have more options. The restaurant Flora seemed to be way understaffed for the 4rth of July, we had to wait about 30 mins to even be able to order.

It’s a good hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. 10m drive from the airport. Uber costs around 30USD. It’s a bit overpriced but that’s standard in LA. The receptionist tried to charge us again even though we paid through booking.com. She claimed the payment didn’t go through. Another person stepped in to help. So need to be careful.

The property is great

The receptionist Ms Ruby is the rudest person ever! super cocky does not even know how to treat customers, I have asked to clean the room twice in the morning and left for the day, we came back in the evening and they did not even clean it at all and when I told Ms Ruby about this incident she was super rude smiling in a sarcastic way looking at me as if I was retarded! The management should review the staff they employ who should know how to work with customers in hospitality industry. Generally she ruined our evening and I do hope she will have the consequences for this behavior meaning to be fired!

Enjoyed the modern interior and exterior hotel design. As well as the outdoor rooftop area with area to lounge around the bonfire. The hotel room layout with the sofa area overlooking the LAX was also a nice touch! It was pleasant to see the airplanes land.

It would’ve been nicer if there was a pool and jacuzzi within the hotel property not shared with Hyatt’s next door. Checked it out but wasn’t attracted to swim there.

The hotel was very quiet and the usual noise (noisy guests or sounds from outside) weren’t an issue. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well laid out.

The bathroom door is a sliding glass door so it was a bit awkward to close and lit up the room when someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night. It wasn’t terrible, just more something to consider if you have kids or are sharing the room with others.
