The property appears to be well kept and the staff was helpful during our stay. They’re about a 10-15 minute drive from Thunder Valley Casino so it’s a good place to stay if you’re going for a show there. We had king room 344 which was on the top floor so there was nobody running around over us. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. Once we figured out how the a/c worked (wall thermostat, not the actual unit), that got air circulating. There is a 24 hour snack area near the front desk where you buy sodas, chips or candy. The breakfast area is across from reception and appeared to be good sized. We didn’t use it as we went out to the nearby Cracker Barrel. The pool was not far from reception and looked nice from our window. We also rented queen room 333 for my mother in law and she was happy with the room. Checkout in the morning was easy too. There were also a few fast food places nearby (Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc) nearby if you want an easy meal.

The electronic key for one of the rooms did not work so we had to go back for re-coding. There doesn’t appear to be much handicapped parking for a fairly big facility, maybe 5 spots or so.

My husband and I use this hotel when we come up for family who live in Rocklin. It's very convenient and clean. Added bonus is it's right across the street from a Starbucks and Safeway. Staff are usually very nice and friendly.

This trip we upgraded to a suite. We were a little disappointed with the room. There didn't seem to be enough furniture available to fill a room of this size. There was only one nightstand in the bedroom which is very inconvenient. Everyone owns a phone and needs to charge it at the end of the day. We ended up moving a table from the living room, so I could have something to charge my devices on. The kitchen area needed more lighting desperately. The deadbolt on the front door was very sticky. We much preferred the regular rooms to the suite. The couch in the living room was tiny compared to the size of the room. All-in-all I won't be upgrading when staying in this hotel.

close to freeway, beds were very comfortable .

the breakfast was cold not a good flow to get your food. not enough tables to eat at. when i asked the attendant for more hot water. she was very short said there was hot water out there. i explained it was out. she did come out and refill after we were done with breakfast. she needed more help for as many people that was there. she couldn't keep up

Convenient to restaurants, shops, services, and the freeway. Comfortable bed and very clean facilities with ample, free parking. I appreciated 2 types of iced water in the lobby (lemon and plain). My room was nice and quiet. I didn’t avail myself of the complementary breakfast, but it seemed standard fare.

I love everything about the hotel except the parking situation. One night, the lights did not come on and it was pitch dark and two of the days there were work trucks taking up many of the parking spots. Other than that, it was mere perfection.

...Just the work trucks taking 2-3 spots per truck during the day. More coffee in rooms would be nice. I like 2 cups per morning...

No problems with wi-fi. Good lighting in room. Bed comfortable. Hot water arrives quickly; good flow from shower head.

Only two ice machines for a large motel, and one of them was out of order. I tried the other several times, but it was always out of ice.

Reasonably priced location off the freeway near supermarket and shops. Good breakfast selection.

Outside noise especially from the pool area (not sure about rooms on the other side). Perhaps could be solved with better insulated windows.

The breakfast was good & the nice worker was very quick to refill the hot water jug after water ran out. I was pleasantly surprised on the 1st day of my stay to find cheese omelets instead of scrambled eggs. The bagels were good.

Conveniently located. Very comfortable and quiet. Lovely room, great breakfast. I stayed on Christmas Eve and had a most relaxing evening. I loved my room. I felt safe, secure and well cared for. This was my little Xmas present, which I needed so much after so much stress.

It needs a little TLC here and there, wear and tear over the years, but lovely accomodations.
