The location was great. I liked that there was a fence around the hotel, it felt safe. The room was wonderful and clean. They let us have early check in which was very accommodating I appreciate that. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, does his job fast and efficiently. I also liked that the parking was free something very rare now a days.

We went to get breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and it was closing when on this site it says 10 a.m. Thought that was a bit deceiving. The lady that was cleaning the breakfast area was rude about it and told us that the area was closed but did not say anything to another lady who walked in to get more food. Aside from this small instance it was very great!

I didn't like that the company doesn't accept cash as a payment form. If you read American currency it literally states "legal tender for all debts public and private " love the facilities but the fact that they don't accept American money might make me choose another destination

Clean, quiet, good parking

The light inside my room door didn’t work. The safe did not work, I reported the safe not working to the desk staff, she said that she would send someone to fix it, but it never happened.

The breakfast was hot, delicious, had plenty of variety, very clean and well organized.

Two rooms with 2 beds were requested at booking, but the rooms we were originally assigned had king beds. The staff resolved the issue immediately, however.

Room was beautiful, very clean and neat. Lady at the front desk was very sweet as well. Outside smelled amazing like flowers.

Breakfast was great. Server at breakfast was friendly and kept everything well stocked. Service desk was always friendly.
