They would listen to your situation and work things out for you to be able to stay. Everyone here truly cares about their guests. I would say the only thing is having a hot breakfast instead of the Continental breakfast. It still was nice to have food and coffee in the morning.

All of the hotel staff are very friendly each one of them work with you with whatever it is you need help with. This is the most amazing staff I've ever seen all working together I would stay at this hotel anytime like I said the staff is amazing here

Very nice staff people!

Someone must have had a cat in that room - the padded chair had lots of claw marks at the top, as did the top of the office chair. Odd but not dangerous I guess. I like the fact that there is a microwave and stove and that you can request pans etc. We will come again.

Staff was friendly and answered whatever I needed. Hot water is available 24 hrs.
