I loved the suite it was really nice an spacious I wish I stayed longer! It was nice an clean and comfortable!

I didn’t like the fact the room Next door to me was having a party an were so loud! Also I would be nice if the room Had a bath or a whirlpool bath would make it extra nice!

The wonderful animal friendliness. An absolute joy to spend the money to have your best friend or service animal with you. I have really bad anxiety so this means the world to people like me. thank you times ten.

The room was spacious for the level/type we paid for. The location is excellent and close to everything. The staff was amazing!!!!!!!

The pool area needed some love...misc clothing and towels left by other guests and the pool room temperature was too cool for swimming.

Common areas was clean. It was quiet, pool area was clean also.

The facility stating they called me when In fact they didn’t! which caused me too miss out on the deal I had and ended up spending more money. They told me my phone number was invalid, in which I called the facility in front of her. The. she stated that my card was invalid as well! why would you run someones card if you cannot contact them. Not a good policy. In fact I was stuck in 2 accidents and congested construction along I-75.

When I was checking the young man was SO friendly. He made me feel welcome. It was a great feeling

I know you're new to pets so it's not so much a complaint as it is a suggestion. It would be nice to have an enclosed area for the dogs with potty bags and garbage cans. I went prepared but sometimes people forget.

I had to wait til 5pm to check in because my room wasn’t ready and I was part of a wedding party and had been calling all day to make sure my room was ready so I had to do a rush job on getting dressed.
