The room was great. There was enough space for the family to stretch out during the trip and everyone was well-rested each morning. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was ok. It was hot but more options would have been great. Waffles, egg white patties, bacon, potatoes, and cereal were the options both days. We had trouble getting into the side entrance with the room key and thankfully another guest helped us.

I loved the suite it was really nice an spacious I wish I stayed longer! It was nice an clean and comfortable!

I didn’t like the fact the room Next door to me was having a party an were so loud! Also I would be nice if the room Had a bath or a whirlpool bath would make it extra nice!

The wonderful animal friendliness. An absolute joy to spend the money to have your best friend or service animal with you. I have really bad anxiety so this means the world to people like me. thank you times ten.

The room was spacious for the level/type we paid for. The location is excellent and close to everything. The staff was amazing!!!!!!!

The pool area needed some love...misc clothing and towels left by other guests and the pool room temperature was too cool for swimming.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay.

I know you're new to pets so it's not so much a complaint as it is a suggestion. It would be nice to have an enclosed area for the dogs with potty bags and garbage cans. I went prepared but sometimes people forget.
