The breakfast looked good although I didn’t eat anything. The bathroom facilities are dated and need to be renovated. Toilets are too low, I’m sure for many of your customers. For some reason I didn’t qualify for “Reward Points”. I always seem to have trouble when dealing with your reward points.

I always seem to have difficulty with your reward program. It’s not very user friendly and difficult to understand.

The front desk manager was a bit rough looking. Not professional. The room was adequate and clean. Everything else about my stay here was ok, except for the breakfast. Whomever it was who was in charge of food that day never showed up for the hour I took to drink my coffee and eat a yogurt. I know bacon and eggs had been cooked, but unfortunately, I and a bunch of other patrons had to go without that morning.

Location was perfect because it was close to airport. Nice to have free long term parking. Great to have a shuttle to airport. Location was very quiet so good nights sleep. Very clean room.

Clean and comfortable - breakfast was good. Staff went above and beyond - friendly and attentive. I left my AirPods in the room and they mailed them to me.

The breakfast had enough selection for all to find something from fruit and cereal to biscuits and gravy. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

That it was very close to my sister. It was very close to shopping, recreating and easy on and off the roads. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was amazing

The breakfast was fine, hotel breakfast. I did enjoy the sausage gravy and biscuits. It was a handy location for my needs. The staff went above and beyond for our stay! The room was very comfortable.

Although the room looked clean, there was a wet towel hanging on the bathroom door hook and a crunched potato chip near the sofa. As most hotels goes, there was the outside lights shining through the edges of the curtain.

Did not try the breakfast, so unable to give a rating. But it did smell good!

Wish you had a pool, but overall there is nothing I can complain about. Will definitely stay here again. We stayed in the King mini-suite and the room was fantastic! Having the bedroom segregated was great!

Hot water doesn't stay hot very long! Need bigger pillows.
