The room is comfortable for the value. One of your employees, Robin, is a hard worker. She’s is always running around trying to make sure everyone has what they need and things are running smoothly. We’ve stayed there enough to know the place would not run the same without her. We are always grateful for her hospitality.

The room had two towels for four people and one hand towel. We did get additional towels, but if there are a number of guests listed, the towels could match.

Front desk - Robin, I believe her name was. She was excellent!! You’ve got this girl!!!

Not a lot of parking for a fully booked hotel for the weekend. Our TV didn’t work in our room, we called the front desk and the guy couldn’t figure it out so we went a day without a TV, next morning front desk came up to look and it was just a switch by the door that needed to be turned on. The night guy was sweating trying to pull out the tv stand which almost broke.

Staff was very friendly and patient. The breakfast was very good each morning.

The body wash and lotion dispensers were almost empty. Aside from that, the room was very comfortable. Also, there was no bulb in the desk lamp. I had to use a bulb from the night lamp.

The location of the Hotel was perfect. 11 mins to our destination. Room was clean and very comfy! Breakfast was perfect. Exactly what was needed for breakfast. Waffles are a pleaser for our family! Also the fact that we got there so late and someone was at the front desk was great!

I do not have any complaints.

The general manager not only tried to accuse me of not paying he didn’t care that I was a diamond member he was totally rude and then charged my card after I had left an fee of 400.00 which caused me to cancel my cardI have stayed at this place a number of times and NEVER not paid because of this idiot I will never be staying at any Best Western again , the guy was rude could barely speak English and looked done on me as a Army Veteran , you can say what you want this is what I experienced and I will make sure not only my friends but acquaintes I meet to never spend money to stay at this location

Price was high for barebones facility. Property needs to be upgraded. Very worn look. No improvements to facility from my visit 2 years ago. Only thing positive was the location and friendly staff. For same price overseas we stayed in highly rated facilities with excellent ambience and comfort.

People were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good every morning.

We did not get our rooms cleaned the entire time we were there. The used towels were never picked up and we had to ask for clean ones.

The staff...You cannot falt them...they were the friendliest, accommodating, people I've come across in a long while! BIG UP to them:)

Well, it'd be the everyday scrambled eggs with, for me, not a sausage. Water would be a good thing offered through the day..if tea and coffee are given throughout the day, surely water would too.

The room wasn't anything fancy but clean and nice comfy beds. It was perfect for what we needed...which was to be close to RIT. The breakfast offered plenty of options including hot and cold food options.

Location was perfect

Had to request clean towels and trash to be taken each day since we were staying more than one night house keeping was not available or so I was told by front desk
