A convenience store within about a 3 minute walk, a quiet area and a pleasant property. Not anything spectacular or opulent, but it was perfectly suited to my needs for a safe, clean, comfortable and quiet stay. Many door dash options for a variety of foods. My order arrived in about 15 minutes. I can easily recommend this property. Breakfast was offered. It was what one should expect at a value oriented property. Edible. Can't really complain about that. There are other breakfast options nearby.

I didn't mind the lack of elevator due to the property being only 2 floors. Others may wish to ask for ground floor accommodations if necessary for the needs of family members or themselves.

The price was very reasonable, and we were happily surprised at all aspects of this Quality Inn. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was large, with a chair and a desk/chair combo, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets soft and clean. The breakfast was hearty and diverse, with eggs, meat, potatoes, make-your-own-waffles, cereal, yogurt and toast/bagel options. There's a pool and fitness center. We didn't have time to use these during our stay, but would have if there had been time.

There's really nothing negative to report.

This hotel is exactly what's it's advertised to be - budget friendly and clean. It's located in the outskirts of Schenectady and close to the Interstate. The room and all the facilities were spotless. The shower had plenty of hot water and an abundance of towels. Maid service came and offered us replacements. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was extremely sweet. The complimentary breakfast was so-so but there were more than enough options to get you off to a good start for the day.

The coffee was bad - both in the lobby and the breakfast room. Please upgrade to a better quality. It would have been nice to have half & half and not just the fake creamer. Also, larger pillows would be an improvement.

Friendly staff who allowed me to check in early after almost a 7 hour drive. Clean room and breakfast had a good selection of food. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

When I went to use the pool, it had a few bandaids on the bottom. There were other families there, and it could have happened earlier in the day.

Price / Quality is exactly what we were expecting. Plenty of Parking space available in front of the entrance Super friendly staff is much appreciated We had a fairly big room and the mattress was firm and clean The fridge in our room was bigger than the usual mini fridges

There is no elevator to the second floor, so keep that in mind when asking for a room on the second floor The breakfast if fairly basic but ok overall: scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, mini muffins The walls are THIN.

This is a great 3 star hotel/motel. The staff are very accommodating and hospitable. The facilities are good - at the same time great value. Breakfast was warm/hot, as promised, and also great value! We didn't try the pool, but I'm sure that would've been just fine, if it was in line withe everything else.Great value

A MINOR gripe - the AC was a bit noisy, but otherwise totally OK.

The staff are nice and helpful.

The room's carpet is old, and so does the bathroom's door. The sink drains very slow. The breakfast is just ok. They need staff to clean the breakfast room's floor. People spilled food & syrup on the floor. The room has its old smell. The mattress is too soft. This place definitely needs an upgrade. They also need a wall-hanging mirror in the living room. The fitness room needs more ventilation. They need to get rid of the leg bench (it's broken). Adding additional equipment would be better.

Clean and cool respite during high temps and high humidity! Pool was an added bonus.

That you have a policy of staying for no more than three days for locals. We are an elderly couple and don’t have air conditioning and were just trying to escape the heat.

Breakfast was very adequate with waffles, eggs, sausage links, cereals, yogurts, bagels and more.

We kept smelled a strong odor of marijuanna on our floor around 6:00am which was very unpleasant. I’m not sure what can be done about it but that was our only complaint.

This hotel is a gem. Absolutely loved my stay. I had a business emergency and needed to come to the area for a week-long training. I would highly recommend this Quality Inn. The amenities and the pool were a bonus.
