I really liked how welcoming Duyal was and very informative. He immediately told us what the building offered like swimming pool, breakfast. I also like how warm it feels when we walk in with the seating area - like a home. Also, the location is ideal. Far enough to feel like we aren't in the middle of the city, but close to everything. Thank you.

Convenient to the highway, but not a lot of highway noise. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and we were not rushed to eat, even when service was done.

It could use a refresh, paint and carpets are starting to look worn.

We reserved a suite and liked the additional seating.

The top dresser drawer would not stay shut. We shut it, got in bed, turned on the TV and the drawer slowly rolled open. So we just left it open during our stay.

Looking good easy to exit on highway looks like they put new carpet that’s plus point and breakfast is amazing and lots of variety

I was a little nervous about staying there because of the reviews. I don’t know what people were complaining about. I thought the hotel was clean. The staff was VERY polite and courteous. I would stay there again.!

We wanted a night in to celebrate our anniversary, this room was perfect for that.

The room could have been cleaner. Some stains on the floor and the bathroom door, the bottom was starting to crumble. It wasn't "dirty" just stained and in need of updates

This hotel had professional and friendly staff, check in was quick. Room was clean, nice decor. Breakfast was good, needed to be restocked when we went down just after 9 am. Easy check out.

In a very nice location, pet friendly, hot breakfast and staff was friendly

The shower wasn’t hot and didn’t have a lot of pressure. Mattress of bed was really hard

Everything was perfect the staff was so nice and helpful. The building and the room was super clean. Everyone spoke and smiled we loved it here we will definitely come back

When I arrived, everyone was so helpful and friendly, and not in the fake friendly way but genuine. It honestly made the whole stay so much better
