I liked the location, it was clean, simple, and the price was lower than the other hotels that I was comparing.

I saw a couple other hotels that were higher in price, so I chose the Quality Inn because they were lower. I would have liked the price to be a little lower at Quality Inn, but prices are higher these days, it's in the summer (busy time).

One of the receptionist was in her own world when we had to say "Excuse me" "Hello" "Hi There" Excuse me I have a question" "Hello?" All with at least 10 seconds of pause between each hello and excuse me. Whent through that whole spiel over once more. thought maybe she was sleeping as her head was down. But no she was awake just waiting to acknowledge us when she was good and ready. So yeah you may encounter this when you approach the desk. Otherwise the rest of the staff was great especially the breakfast host she is absolutely wonderful.

There was a 30 minute delay checking in...a computer snafu from Booking.com made the hotel think my bill hadn't been paid (which I'd done when I booked) and I had to make the deposit in cash, which cost me $7 in ATM fees.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I pointed out an issue with my room and the attendant Gabe me another room promptly.

The clogged faucet and toilet. The staff did change my room out promptly. There were no issues with the second room.

The breakfast had plenty of variety, and was hot and fresh. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Access to the hotel was very convenient to the interstate.

No bad to be said. Bathroom was a little tight for my elderly mother.

The breakfast hostess was stand there watch us the whole time fell uncomfortable and the food was microwave and did taste that good need hot food not microwave

Was over charged for deposit dident realize it till check out took 100 off card and paid 100 in cash. Wanted to do cash so was easier getting it back got wm both back but if I haven't noticed Kinda wondering if it was accidental or on purpose who knows

No milk for cereal at breakfast, but the rest of the breakfast was pretty good.

The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Room was bigger than average. Parking was plenty full and near restaurants. Right off the interstate.

Very friendly staff at check-in, breakfast and check-out. Nice room with decent space and comfy bed. Clean linens on bed and in bathroom.

Could have used a wee bit larger bottle of body wash.
