It’s literally right in the middle of the campus.

The parking garage was hard to find… and tight to maneuver around in and… the elevators were confusing as hell… some on one side of the parking garage go to the convention side of the hotel and drop you in the middle of nowhere and then some only go up to the lobby and then you have to change elevators to go up to the rooms… not fun after 6 hours of driving trying to figure out their maze!

Atmosphere was very peaceful, clean and quite, which was greatly appreciated after teaching for 8 hours. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The quality of the food at Erics was poor and cold, the lighting in garage is poor and lack of security made it very uncomfortable to walk to your car.

Great and safe location. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. We attended a concert at NRG stadium and it was close enough but not too close where we sat in traffic forever trying to get back after the show. Kind of away from the heavily popular areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Paying for parking, but most hotels in a location like this do charge, so understandable.

Inside campus, so it’s convenient for activities inside campus and avoid noise. It also has free parking for guests.

Currently there are lots of construction around campus making the traffic not good and dirty around campus. The breakfast is quite expensive.

This hotel was very nice, staff was excellent.

My main transportation was uber/Lyft, it was very challenging and confusing for the driver's to know where to pick us up, which resulted in some cancelled rides.

They had an awkward detour to get to the hotel because the university was doing construction. I'm sure it's fixed now, but it was our only major issue when using uber.

The force close doors were annoying because a group of people were constantly opening & closing doors when I was trying to go to sleep on 6/4. They were very loud in the hallway at times . I think they must have checked out because it was pleasant our second night.

The hotel and room were beautiful and clean. The sheets were crisp and clean making for a restful sleep.

The breakfast look delicious but it was seasonless. I only ate it because I included it in my cost for hotel stay. Otherwise the hotel and room was beautiful and clean.

campus was beautiful. easy parking, beautiful front lobby, clean hallways& rooms. Great restaurant in lobby area. the room was spectacular.

Our junior suite was spacious , comfortable and clean. We also love Erics. This is a teaching facility so it is always fun to talk to the student employees. The food is very good at Erics as well.
