Our room was great. I travel a lot and our room was comparable with some of the best I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and we parked right outside our door, which is great for my mobility issues. It was SUPER quiet despite lots of people staying there. The views are nice from the windows and parking lot. Our towels were replenished while we were out, and the entire room was so clean. We felt very safe while we were there and the staff was very friendly. We have pinned this hotel on Maps for future stays!

Breakfast was okay I guess. Bigger or more pillows per bed would be nice. That is it!

I liked the fact that there was complimentary breakfast during our stay, The room was clean and the staff was so welcoming and friendly.

The Water temperature was not up to my standards

Upon arrival the front desk agent was awesome. I had forgotten to ask for a handicap room. She made a couple of computer clicks & accommodated us. She was super sweet & very friendly.

AC was either too hot or too cold. No happy medium. The tub floor was very slippery and was reported to the front desk upon checkout. Need to add some sort of non-slip mat.

Bathroom ceiling has black spots all over, could be black mold? Clean it and paint it. Room 104 Need to start breakfast back up, other establishments have it again. Also it is on your website as provided, if nothing else do a grab and go kind of deal. I realize this motel gets a great deal of construction workers and I understand they have different lifestyles. But I am there with my family and don't need heavy walking, scooting of furniture and other unknown extraneous noises at all hours of the night. Cookouts and loud music at dinner time is one thing, but 2am is not the time to zoom your big truck engine and then line dance on the floor above my room.

The rooms seemed to be recently renovated. They were clean but small and beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Very quiet with plenty of parking. Overall was a nice place to stay for our trip to Bristol.

Tub didn’t drain properly, beds not comfortable

I'm not a big breakfast eater so what they have was great,the staff was very friendly and the fact that I could have my dog with me made all the difference. It was a wonderful find we will definitely stay again, thank you

Nice locations, we love it on top of the hills and quiet from traffic sounds and friendly staffs. The room always smell nice after the cleaning. and like the art of USA map on the room wall. Thanks for your hospitality

The Wifi connection was very slow and the bed was making noises.

The staff was friendly and helpful, some of the best I've seen. It was a pleasure staying there, and I will again.

We needed a clean, comfortable place to spend the night on a trip. This motel provided that at a good place. We could have spent $75.00 more and received a better breakfast. We stopped at Cracker Barrel and got a better breakfast. We received what we needed at Econo Lodge. Excellent value for the price.

our room appeared to be freshly renovated. everything was clean and tidy. had very little contact with staff, but the couple I did speak to were polite, respectful and courteous.

I can’t say anything I didn’t like.
