Rodeway is CLEAN, QUIET, and, as a woman traveling alone, SAFE. Is it older and a bit run down? Sure. But if you want a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting, go pay 3-4 times as much somewhere else. Here, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The location makes it incredibly easy to walk to/from the lightrail tunnel, and there wasn't a single guest playing their t.v. too loudly in the middle of the night, yelling in the hallway at midnight, or picking a drunken fight with someone else at 2:00 a.m. If folks are rating this hotel low, all I can say is, what did you expect for the price?! If you need someplace CLEAN, QUIET, and SAFE, but don't want to take out a second mortgage to stay there, this is the place. :)

I honestly can't think of anything!

I was having problems with my credit card when I was trying to pay for my room. The company had frozen it, due to an odd purchase that their computers thought could be a sign it was stolen. The desk clerk was exceptionally pleasant and polite throughout the many times i asked him to run it through again, and the 15 minutes after that, that i hung out in the lobby while calling the credit card customer service. Great staff. Highest praise and recommendation.

Located near the airport. We arrived early in the morning before check-in time. The staff took our bags to the storage room in the back office. We had a place for coffee and phone chargers in the lobby before check-in since we arrived straight from the airport, a few hours before check-in time. This was very helpful for us. We left our bags and went for a walk around the city, then came back, completed the check-in process and everything was fine.

There was no coffee maker in the room, and on the second day of our stay there was none anywhere in the hotel building.

The staff were really nice and helped me with luggage and ordering since I didn't have US phone number. Bed was super comfy and the floor was clean enough. There was soap and towels and other bathroom equipment ready, nothing was missing. TV was good. All in all a very good stay.

Only thing I didn't like was the fans in the apartment. The hand fan had a layer of dust on the part where the air would come trough so I didn't want to use it, and when you turned on the bathroom ventilation it sounded like you powered up a nuclear reactor haha. Other than that everything was good.

I would like for Bpostels room to only host females from the SAME group in one room... and a bposhtel receipt must include a refund policy if other roommates are not welcoming to strangers. SO I had to spend extra, to take care of my belongings and to be able to turn on the lights. I enjoyed my stay in a private room as I got a consideration rate. I appreciate that v much seeing the circumstances I faced supervisor considered it.

Most of the employees nice during my stay.

The first employee at front desk, wasn't available for 15 min. After rining bell, a lady came in soon after I did rang bell twice, was rude asking what we wanted rude, asked me to write down license plate couldn't find pen took longer than he wanted, asked what took so long, oh my goodness could of taken picture. Later that evening another employee I encountered was nice, the shower/tub head wouldn't turn on hard to pull it, came up.showed me how to pull it to turn on.

Did not take breakfast ...only 5 min. From airport ...was able to check in early with some extra charges....hotel pick up shuttle was very convenient and easy to access ..the front desk staff and shuttle driver were very welcoming and helpful ...overall a wonderful Experience and highly recommend...jthank you

A longer stay . .coffee arrangement in the room was missed and would have been great

So close to the airport at the right price too. If you have a layover and want a good sleep in a comfy clean place, this is for you. The staff are helpful and courteous.

I think a more flexible shuttle service that is consistent with the unsociable hours some flights land, would be better. But the place is 15 mins walk from baggage claim, so it’s still doable.

Basic, affordable. Clean window AC cool/heat/fan. Friendly Indian male reception staff. Has a working desk and old old-fashioned swivel armchair.

A bit worn out, but a very light old carpet smell, totally bearable. A towel had a permanent stain, but clean. Working desk had no desk lamp.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Although I usually don't rely on reviews to choose my accommodations, I chose this hotel based on its location and price, and I have been satisfied with my decision. The room was clean and tidy, albeit slightly older, but this didn't detract from the overall comfort of the room. The bed was cozy and comfortable. I also appreciated the added amenities such as the refrigerator, microwave, and TV in the room. The Wi-Fi connection was good and stable. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to get there on foot. Despite the close proximity to the airport, I didn't hear any noise from the airplanes while in my room, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those with a long layover. The combination of a clean and comfortable room, great amenities, and a convenient location make it a good choice for travelers.
