Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Breakfast spread was delicious and fun. The pancake machine made the kids day. Need more dairy free options but really appreciated the dairy free muffins. Pool was so fun the slide was a blast. Kids really loved it. Made it easy to stay.

The towels were a little rough. Asking for towels at the front desk instead of offering them at the pool was odd.

Everything was wonderful and clean. The pool was amazing. Our kids never wanted to get out. The breakfast was great, although crowded, and there was no available seating. We just ate in our rooms, which was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The power did go out our second night, but that worked out well for our children going to bed on time. They cuddled up, scared, and fell right to sleep. So, the power going out, although scary, turned out to be okay in the end.

Easy check in, right across the street from the concert venue we were going to, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in that wasn't my own. There's a Maverick store a block away and a Walmart if you need more stuff.

My room key didn't want to work with the rear access door at first. It took a bunch of tries to actually get in.

I wish the water in the swimming pool was just a bit warmer. It’s cold for my toddlers. I was not a big fan of the eggs at breakfast and that there was not any normal creamer for the coffee. Wish pool towels were easier to obtain.

The breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, pancakes and biscuits and gravy! We also forgot some toiletries and they had some for us complimentary. The pool/waterpark was fun! We loved the slide and the hot tub.

There was a thumping noise throughout the night. Was it the road traffic? The room above us? Idk. I sleep with earplugs on but the noise woke me up a few times during the night.

My kids loved the pool, it was especially fun during the day with the sun shining through all the windows. . The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was also very good, I liked the wide array of food choices.

Our room didn’t get vacuumed, but maybe that was because we had small toys. I also enjoyed the pool, my kids loved it. But the only reason we booked it was the big slide but it was closed two out of the three times we went swimming.

We loved the pool, and as always, breakfast was wonderful.

We had very noisy neighbors. The first night they going in and out their rooms until 2 AM. The second night we had people above us stomping and running around until midnight. It was very hard to get a goods night rest both nights.

The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was great. My son enjoyed the various food choices.

Parking wasn't great because we were sharing the area with two other hotels. Also, the drive into the parking lot was odd.

The life guard at the pool was having a rough day. She was allowing all children on the water slide even the ones that were wearing life jackets. She was super polite until she was accidently sprayed during a water fight at that point she yelled at the children responsible telling them she’d remove them from the pool. The she cried and milked it after that the next day she took the key to the water slide and the kids almost didn’t get to use it. They lost over an hour of time on it.

I loved how the small water park was open until 10pm it was great and I love how everything you had to use your key card to gain access to were no one could get in unless you had a room. We enjoyed our time and it was a great experience
