My stay here has been great overall!! The staff is very accommodating, the hotel is always clean inside and out. The housekeeping staff could be a bit more considerate of timing and a little nicer. The breakfast has different options and works well!! The only complaint I have is the hot water in the shower was not hot at all, however when I reported it to staff they were on it within a day or so.

My stay here was great!! The staff was nice and breakfast was great!! My room and the rest of the hotel was nice and clean!!

The mattress!! My first night was fine but the second night cause me a back ache out of this world. I could not sleep at, the mattress was way to hard and very uncomfortable

It was good to have a breakfast available. The Jimmy Dean Sandwiches were a decent substitute for not having eggs or sausage available separately.

Nothing specific that I didn't like. It was a one night stay in the town I needed to be for a night to meet up with people the next day. It met my needs for an overnight.

I loved the fact the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Price was exactly what my purse needed and it was a wonderful stay overall. Also liked the fact when guests were too roudy/loud the staff was quick to answer even though I didn't hear the guests, but I heard the staff when they knocked on their door, so that said to me they really do care about the comforts of all guests.

Breakfast was limited....but it was something to eat. One meal I didn't have to pay extra for.

Easy check-in, comfortable bed, daily room cleaning/checks with new towels by staff, and no major issues

Breakfast left much to be desired… waffles, cereal, and packaged muffins, oatmeal, & grits. Constant noise coming from refrigerator in room. Easily hear noise/ppl in hallway.

It was a comfortable stay for families. Breakfast was great and you can't beat the value.

Even though breakfast was good , I would have liked some variety like bagels or sausage. Also the sockets were weak and or inoperable in our room.

Not knowing the area and just going off of word of mouth from a friend, I felt comfortable in our surroundings and pleased with the hotel itself. The staff were professional and kind and did not hesitate to answer any questions we may have had. The room was clean and comfortable to meet our needs during our stay. The bathroom was a little small however served its purpose. The continental breakfast was simple however plentiful and got the stamp of approval from our teenage son.

The only drawback for me was the smokey musky smell in the hallway and corridors.

I loved the area, close by restaurants etc. The hotel was clean and the room was excellent.

The hotel was hidden in the background. I passed by twice before I noticed where it was.

Beds were comfortable and clean.

Bathroom needs some repair and updating. Door lock broken, shower door doesn't close properly. Outlets on lamps didn't work. Couldn't connect to the internet.

The price and location of the hotel made it an excellent choice, combined with the convenience of the nearby shopping center and restaurants made for a pleasent stay.
