It is clean and it was really quite for an airport hotel . The hotel is not anymore directly connected to airport as terminal 1 and 3 are closed , that airport is not used . Terminal A is in fact a totally new airport and you will need to take the hotel bus , not poasible to walk .

-just the fact that if you arrive some minutes after hour and 25 min ( when the hotel bus is leaving ) you need to wait from the next shuttle bus next hour . It can be tiring after many hours of flight or if you have not a very long period between the flights .

Everything was pleasant; however, I mistakenly booked a hotel under the impression that it was located within the airport premises. It's worth noting that Abu Dhabi now operates from the new airport terminal, Terminal A. Consequently, I kindly request that the hotel, in coordination with the booking site, update the information to reflect that the hotel is no longer situated within the airport. Instead, guests should be advised to take a hotel bus or taxi to reach the accommodation.

Quiet room, clean, good bed, nice restaurant with good food, very pleasant staff, complimentary shuttle to new terminal.

Firstly, that I had to book 2 nights in order to stay for 1 day from 0600 to 2300. The shower - annoying curtain rather than glass/perspex panel made showering uncomfortable. complimentary in-room coffee enough for one cup only.

This was not our first time staying at this hotel during a layover in Abu Dhabi, and once again, everything was excellent! We arrived very early in the morning, around 3:00 AM, due to a delayed flight, but the check-in process was quick and smooth — a big congratulations to the team for being so efficient and welcoming even at that hour. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we loved the little extras that make the stay even better: a Costa coffee shop on the ground floor, and a rooftop pool with beautiful views of the airport. It’s a great place to relax between flights. We really appreciate the free shuttle bus service between the hotel and the airport, which made our transit easy and stress-free. On top of that, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle buses to several attractions around Abu Dhabi — a fantastic bonus if you have a few hours to explore the city. This hotel offers great value for money, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel well taken care of. We’ve already booked our next stay here for our Christmas and New Year 2026 holidays when we’ll have another layover in Abu Dhabi — that should say it all! Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Honestly, I looked for flaws — even under the bed — found none. If perfection had a hotel, it would be this one.

We liked the Premier Inn near Abu Dhabi Airport a lot, have used it before, and will use it again. The rooms and facilities are very comfortable, even smarter that Premier Inn's in the UK. Food and drinks are available at all times. We loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. The hourly (24 hour) bus service is really useful, though it isn't well signposted or explained where to go from the arrivals area. We used a taxi when we couldn't find the bus service which costs 30 AUDirham (around 7 pounds) and we were able to pay with a standard mastercard. On this occasion we didn't use the free buses to other tourist sites, but they are a definite plus point. Late February is a great time to visit Abu Dhabi due to mild and dry weather.

The price of a night's accommodation flip-flops a great deal, varying between 70 pounds a night and 250 pounds a night, depending on what time of day you book it. Its impossible to book it on Booking.com if you arrive just after midnight as the App decides it is "tomorrow. "

Clean and staff was very helpful

Booking.com Should upgrade about the location of the hotel as Terminal 1 & 3 at AUH is closed so it’s not walking distance from the new Terminal A Second the price should be the same as booking time not increase as the customer has already given the credit card details to secure the booking.

For our short ( 22) hour rest stop after a 14-hour flight, we wanted an affordable, modest but clean and comfortable hotel room close to the airport. The Premier Inn provides all these things and more, e..g. roof top pool (!), good restaurant and Cafe (tasty offerings), and friendly, helpful manager and staff. Our room had a very comfortable double bed and an adjoining couch-bed, good air-conditioning. So we enjoyed our sleep and rest-over very much before heading back to the airport. The hotel's free shuttle bus runs every half-hour for the 15-minute drive from and to the airport.

I have only one suggestion - since transit passengers may arrive and leave at all hours of the day, it would be preferable if the hotel offered a few different 24-hour check-in and check-our time slots, to allow earlier or later check-ins without having to pay an extra charge. However, I understand that this can incur extra room cleaning costs for the hotel by having staff working at non-standard hours.

All the staff were amazing! Special shoutout to Kaushi at front desk who checked us in early at 9am which meant my son who suffers from flying related anxiety could rest and this significantly helped him for the rest of the day. So thank you! The property had everything one required and I was impressed it even had a pool! Location wise, close to airport at an extremely affordable price! Careem the taxi service was easy to book, 20-30 mins to get to the city of Abu Dhabi and it is part of the pick up location for the desert safari. Breakfast was pretty standard and good value, kids loved the sausages..

The breakfast was great variety. The smart TV was great I liked the green energy initiative like the grey water. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The coffee at Costa was great The room in dining was delicious and well proportioned. The hotel bus took us to designated popular tourist spot at 10am.

It would be nice if the hotel bus also pick up hotel guest at 1 designated spot at 4 since it's so far by taxi. The coffee at Costa should also be included on in room dining. The bathtub could be a bit wider.

The room is very clean and neat. free parking avalible, Wi-Fi is very good. the reception staff are welcoming and friendly. I liked there is Costa branch in the reception that helped my pick up a drink before going to my meetings. I didn't use the restaurant or other facilities to rate them

the AC in the room was not powerful enough i had to turn the fan to max to at least get good temp in the room but it was enough in this time of the year.
