Nice, clean and quiet hotel right near the airport. Rooftop swimming pool with airport view, free shuttle bus every hour to the arrivals hall (departs from the hotel at 1:00, 2:00, …, 24 hours)

It is clean and it was really quite for an airport hotel . The hotel is not anymore directly connected to airport as terminal 1 and 3 are closed , that airport is not used . Terminal A is in fact a totally new airport and you will need to take the hotel bus , not poasible to walk .

-just the fact that if you arrive some minutes after hour and 25 min ( when the hotel bus is leaving ) you need to wait from the next shuttle bus next hour . It can be tiring after many hours of flight or if you have not a very long period between the flights .

Quiet room, clean, good bed, nice restaurant with good food, very pleasant staff, complimentary shuttle to new terminal.

Firstly, that I had to book 2 nights in order to stay for 1 day from 0600 to 2300. The shower - annoying curtain rather than glass/perspex panel made showering uncomfortable. complimentary in-room coffee enough for one cup only.

Everything was pleasant; however, I mistakenly booked a hotel under the impression that it was located within the airport premises. It's worth noting that Abu Dhabi now operates from the new airport terminal, Terminal A. Consequently, I kindly request that the hotel, in coordination with the booking site, update the information to reflect that the hotel is no longer situated within the airport. Instead, guests should be advised to take a hotel bus or taxi to reach the accommodation.

The hotel’s proximity to Zayed International Airport was perfect for a quick stopover, with a free shuttle service to Terminal A making transfers seamless. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a comfy bed, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee facilities. The rooftop pool offered great views and a relaxing vibe, while the 24-hour Costa Coffee and on-site restaurant were convenient for late arrivals. Staff were friendly and efficient, and free Wi-Fi was reliable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the gym was a nice touch for a quick workout.

mall tweaks like faster shuttle times or more diverse menu options could make it even better, but overall, a fantastic stay.

When I booked, the hotel was only circa £500 for 10 nights, which is an absolute bargain for the service I received I believe this was down to demand in the UAE summer ?fewer visitors during 50 degree heat), but will book that again in a heart beat. I can see it's double the price later this year (Sep, Oct, Nov), so will unlikely book the same hotel (small pool etc) but during the summer its a bargain and the staff were amazing. That goes for all service in UAE. They are setting the standard for customer service.

Pool could've been bigger (swimming pool over "chilling" pool) but that's personal preference. Gym could've done with a bigger variety of machines. Otherwise loved it and will take it each summer I'm there. Was relatively close to everything. Cabs were only costing me circa £5-£10 to get right into the centre of anywhere.

This was not our first time staying at this hotel during a layover in Abu Dhabi, and once again, everything was excellent! We arrived very early in the morning, around 3:00 AM, due to a delayed flight, but the check-in process was quick and smooth — a big congratulations to the team for being so efficient and welcoming even at that hour. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we loved the little extras that make the stay even better: a Costa coffee shop on the ground floor, and a rooftop pool with beautiful views of the airport. It’s a great place to relax between flights. We really appreciate the free shuttle bus service between the hotel and the airport, which made our transit easy and stress-free. On top of that, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle buses to several attractions around Abu Dhabi — a fantastic bonus if you have a few hours to explore the city. This hotel offers great value for money, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel well taken care of. We’ve already booked our next stay here for our Christmas and New Year 2026 holidays when we’ll have another layover in Abu Dhabi — that should say it all! Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Honestly, I looked for flaws — even under the bed — found none. If perfection had a hotel, it would be this one.

We liked the Premier Inn near Abu Dhabi Airport a lot, have used it before, and will use it again. The rooms and facilities are very comfortable, even smarter that Premier Inn's in the UK. Food and drinks are available at all times. We loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. The hourly (24 hour) bus service is really useful, though it isn't well signposted or explained where to go from the arrivals area. We used a taxi when we couldn't find the bus service which costs 30 AUDirham (around 7 pounds) and we were able to pay with a standard mastercard. On this occasion we didn't use the free buses to other tourist sites, but they are a definite plus point. Late February is a great time to visit Abu Dhabi due to mild and dry weather.

The price of a night's accommodation flip-flops a great deal, varying between 70 pounds a night and 250 pounds a night, depending on what time of day you book it. Its impossible to book it on Booking.com if you arrive just after midnight as the App decides it is "tomorrow. "

The location to the airport is the major reason it was chosen. I was passing through Abu Dhabi and I needed to be within the airports perimeters to catch an early flight. The shuttle to the airport was a huge help, but it only works in the hour, it meant I had to leave earlier than expected to use the shuttle. Cleanliness was top notch. The restaurant is 1000/10 - the food, customer service. I would go back just for the restaurant experience.

Premier Inn stated airport shuttle, even though I contacted them with my arrival no response I am yet to get the shuttle to the hotel from the airport. Not sure if the shuttle was only meant to take you to the airport and not bring you from the airport. It was the first time I ever travelled to a Premier Inn or a hotel where there was no one assisting with suitcases. When I dropped off even the driver commented that no one was coming to assist.

Clean and staff was very helpful

Booking.com Should upgrade about the location of the hotel as Terminal 1 & 3 at AUH is closed so it’s not walking distance from the new Terminal A Second the price should be the same as booking time not increase as the customer has already given the credit card details to secure the booking.
