The receptionist Guy at 12 noon when we check in he’s polite and assist us with a genuine smile apologized i can’t remember the name i think he’s Indian .. we are very pleased and happy first time in our experience here in dubai .. We are happy .previously not to mention other hotels they are not accommodating ..so we didn’t expect this warm welcome in tulip creek hotel very polite staff we will recommend to our friends from abu dhabi . We are staying in Room 1205

The location is perfect and very accessible around the city. As a Burmese, it is great to stay near a good Myanmar (Burmese) restaurant as well. The receptionist, Mr Nimat, was very friendly and helpful.

The room seems a bit old and worn out. The water faucet in the bathroom is leaking a bit. The technician came and fix after a few days and the problem is improved but not resolved completely. Some items listed to be provided in the room are missing since the day we checked-in, and they were never provided even after I asked for except the iron which was provided after a week.

The stay was good and the rooms were big next time i will recommend my family and friends also all staff was good specially Hunain Farooqi (Front office Incharge) he is very kind and very friendly even he was helping to us in many ways. To be honest in future if i will come again just because of Mr.Hunain . Superb hospitality and well educated F.O staff

Television was old

Everything was brilliant, smiling faces of reception staff wins the trust. As many time you see them they are smiling and greeting the customer. Cleaning staff are soo dedicated to their work. House keepings are also good in their Job. Overall, my experience was very very good.

The apartment was so spacious. Garden is very near to hotel and I enjoyed my morning and evening walk. Metro station is also not much far from Hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly ! And The hotel is perfectly situated near the metro with easy access to travel. I liked the helping nature of Bellhops and liked the house keeping service of Asad and Shahin. Thanks.

Very less crockery in the kitchen.

Mr. Melroy Pereira the housekeeping manager is working very hard to make the room impeccable it improved 100% and it's appreciated as a guest I was not feeling well Mr. Melroy Pereira personally came and made sure I was ok and he was asking me if I need anything just ask, that was very much appreciated when you are far away from home thank Melroy Pereira

My room key never works I have to go back to reception all the time if I forget when I walk in and that is very inconvenient

I had the so called buffet breakfast once I did not have it again for me a buffet implies a choice of food there was no choice it was a set menu which was fine but I just found use of the word buffet a bit misleading

Very near to the metro, staffs are nice and very helpful, specially Sohan and Ali

It’s not that I don’t like, but I think just need to improve a little the room quality and facilities such as kitchen and bathroom

I complain in the reception my fridge is not working there was no action was taken and change the fridge next day my all food damage when I asked manager about my food money he said what I can do and he was very rude unprofessional Mr. Muhammad methab khan he can't be manager I am staying for 6 months.

Evey thing was super good and super managed. The staff was very cooperative and kind specially Mr. Hunain manager he is very kind with us and very helpful person every time he is there to help us or giving good suggestions to us. Recommended Hotel and staff.

Floor was scratchy .
