Hotel has a great breakfast and a nice rooftop with a pool and a great city view. I spent a long time there having breakfast and admiring the view. It's a huge building with a lot of potential. Staff was also supportive.

Seems like they are renovating the entire hotel, meaning that some rooms are new (as shown in the pictures) and some are old and lacking some maintenance. There was no hot water in the shower. They said that the hotel had a problem in the heater or something and they were fixing it, so maybe it was a one day issue. But I was not able to take a hot shower during my stay.

This property is being fully refurbished. I got to be allocated to the 7th floor, which has already been done. The new rooms are very good in comparison with old and muddy ones. They are still charging good prices and if you lucky (or demanding) enough to be placed into the new ones, it is a wonderfull value for money experience.

The breakfast is poor (very poor), even in comparison with their sister property Floph. The elevators don't seem to be enough to accomodate everyone and there are long waiting times at "rush hours". Since the property is under refurbishment, you guys know the drill (there was no construction noise during my stay, only hassle of scaffolding, etc)

We asked for hanger that never came, the bathroom had stuff from the previous guest and the was a toe nail in one of the bed on the first day. The elevator takes a long time to came and to take you to your room/breakfast between 9-11 am

Good breakfast. The hotel is located in an excellent place, very near the historical centre. It is not a brand new building, very many houses around are sort of run-down. But when you travel you spend only the nights at the hotel. It is excellent value for the money you pay. Recommend!

Not really the hotel, but somewhat the surrounding buildings. On the other hand you are near everything of interest in Florianopolis.

Good location, easy walking distance to everything you might need. Refurbished rooms are very nice. Works still ongoing - which can be noisy from 08:30 throughout the day. Helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet included - would stay again.

The staffs are very attentive, the room is clean and comfortable. It has good breakfast.
