The hotel was in safe location in Santiago. Rooms are very small but ok for overnight stay. For 10 days it was bit difficult but still I have to say the staff is keeping rooms spotless. The breakfast was basic but if you not very picky you can full your stomach. In general the hotel is nice and I would come back if I will travel again to Chile.

Room key card, is too sensitive and when you stay in tower C, it is very frustrating to be running down to reception to re-activate your key. This was sadly happening couple of times each day.

I stayed in this hotel back in 2015 therefore when booking accomodation in Santiago de Chile now I decided to go for this one once more, and I was not disappointed. I liked everything about my stay which was very comfortable in every aspect. One of the advantages of the hotel for me is swimming pool on the 12th floor of Tower A with amazing views to the Andes and Las Condes. As the weather was a bit colder than expected for that time of the year in Santiago, it was cool in the swimming pool area, as well. Which means that there not too many hotel guests who dared to enter the swimming pool and 4 days in a row I enjoyed early morning swimming all by myself.

Room furniture is not worn out, but already shows some signs of wear, while the bathroom is totally refurbished and impeccable.

I have found room a bit small. Made me remember ones from Japan, but we were in Chile... Just plain water in fridge. No slippers provided. I have booked the room through booking.com app where free pick up from airport was offered. Haven't set the pick up time as I didn't have airline confirmation. 24 hrs before flight, once I knew arrival time, while trying to arrange pick up...wasn't available. After three calls with booking. com they finally said I have lost promo due to not setting pick up time while booking the room. Nowhere was written about a deadline. And... How? Establishing time without knowing time of arrival??! Non sense + Annoying.

Location was perfect. Free parking underground. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant on site, best Plateada ever. Concierge staff were fantastic, helpful and pleasant. Room was cleaned ok. Complimentary water in fridge most days of 14 night stay. Bed and pillows ok.

Nothing really, very minor. Laundry for 2 items took 5 days to get done. The room is basic, no robe, no slippers, no usual extra toiletries just soap and shampoo. Nothing to complain about. Sink was blocked at first, but when reported it was cleared straight away and good after. The reception bar could be improved and made to feel like a place to visit and spend time. It felt like a bit uninviting, a quick drink and out. The table section outside was very basic like a cheap cafe. Still, I had a few drinks and nothing wrong the Pisco sour or the schop.

The Staff at the front desk spoke very good English, and were extremely helpful with invaluable advice and recommendations. The restaurants were efficiently run too, and the breakfast provided very good value. The location was very safe, and a relatively quick ride to tourist attractions from the nearby train station. Huge supermarket nearby (with incredible range of wine), and a shopping plaza near the subway station, with a great little store, La Tienda Bonita, for authentic and well-priced souvenirs and alpaca items.

There are not many good restaurants nearby (but several cafes and pizza places and bars).

The staff was incredible and reliable, any questions or concerns and they answered it right away. They helped us out with trying to find things to do, as well as where to go for food. They really went above and beyond and deserve the recognition, thank you to Andes for helping us with our stay, you were a big help.

Nothing! Everything was amazing, not an exaggeration. It's close to the airport and train station and near plenty of stores, it was a great place.

The location is great if you are just spending some days to meet Santiago. The room is huge with an amazing view and the bed is crazy comfortable. breakfast is also amazing, shower is strong and super hot.

The only thing it was not perfect was the pillow. It’s too big and dense which was not so comfortable to sleep. I requested another pillow type and they don’t have it. I strongly recommend them to have different ones as backup when requested

The staff is very friendly and helped me with absolutely everything I needed during my stay. The location is the best possible, right in the middle of the best neighborhood in Santiago (Las Condes), with many restaurants and bars around and a metro station nearby. The hotel is beautiful and well equipped for a short or long stay. I would definitely stay there on a next trip!

The shower was a little bit dodge as it changed for a cold temperature suddenly and then back to the one we set after a few seconds. It was not a big deal, but a little bit annoying. We stayed for a short period so we didn’t bother to say anything, but I’m sure they would have fixed it.

The Hotel was very modern and the restaurant was great with excellent food and service. The Front counter staff member Enrique was one of the most helpful hotel workers I have ever met in many years of travel. He was knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile for us. Well done.

After spending a month in South America, it would have been great to have a choice of something other than scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The staff were very attentive to our needs and helpful with all the inquiries we had related to transportation. We ate most of our meals at the hotel and were very pleased with the menu selections and service. The breakfast was superb complete with everything from fresh fruit to a hot buffet and pastries. We were made welcome by all the staff from the moment we stepped through the door to when we left.
