The staff are hands down the best I have ever come across, they are so welcoming to everyone. Special thanks for the famine, Robert and Anontony, also the great person upstairs who made magic in our room everyday, we returned to his magic wand having cleaned up the room, very grateful to you. It was much appreciated.

Everything was clean and they changed bed linen every day.

They didn’t wake me up for the taxi pick up))) but, thanks to my Alarm ⏰ I did it myself, but still, I have asked them to wake me up…

The TV had 2 Russian channels and not a single one American. It is insulting (I am a European, not American). You should close all Russian channels, it is a moral duty.

The location was excellent - easy access to trams and subways and shopping. The staff was wonderful - extremely helpful in every way that I needed.

The breakfast was a little sparse - more variety in breads and rolls would have been nice. The scrambled eggs were too salty.

Excellent location to access LMU university. U-Bahn station close by. Nice restaurants around. Clean room. Staff are very kind, professional and helpful. It has a small private parking.

The façade was under construction and the windows all covered with their stuff. Breakfast was expensive for its variety and greenness. It is served in a very small salon, where it is hard to move between tables and not bothered by loud discussions in the middle bar table. Not as good as other Mercure group hotels in facilities.

The location was excellent and very handy for getting around the city and we also picked the hotel because we wanted tea and coffee facilities in the room, which we were really grateful for. The room was clean and spacious. We has a courtyard facing room, which was very quiet. The staff were kind and accommodating after we had to extend our visit due to industrial action at the airport. We felt the hotel was good value for money and we had a comfortable stay. The late checkout time was really useful. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel was in perfect walking distance from our son‘s apartment. The way the room was laid out was perfect. There was plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location, walking distance for the bars and the train station.

Room got warm at night even with AC on. Main road outside was too noisy with motorbikes and sirens to leave window open all night.

Room which I have chosen was small.

We had a great time and the staff couldn’t do enough for us and all the Americans that got stranded because of record snowfall. We were great full for the room cleaning. Everyday no matter what time we left it was spotless on our return. We will certainly be back again.
