The room we stayed was the newly renovated one probably at the other wing. I booked the one with 2 bedrooms, but the unit was with 3 bedrooms yehey. It was new, very clean lots of AC and the whole unit was really nice and clean.

The unit not being carpeted that when u of course Move chairs lang, maingay na daw sa below unit. Expected was the unit was for big group kasi Malaki sya pero kung simple movement lang ng chairs kasi di naman maiwanan dahil apartment type sya so moving unit sya, expected may activities kasi may kitchen at dininr area at chairs, not being carpeted, iritable nga siguro sa below unit. The door of the unit has siwang kaya halos rinig from outside ung convo sa loob. Pero kung carpeted sana sya, it will help with the sound.

Big rooms, with kitchen so we could cook, has fridge to store food and microwave to heat up food.

Paying for extra plates, spoons, forks, pillows. Cannot borrow bring the wheelchair outside the hotel. Add more wheelchair not only one so that we could borrow a little longer in the hotel coz once we borrow it and reach my destination like rooms we have to return it right away or if one of the staff will bring it to us he will just drop me to my desired place and will take it right away and we have to call again and wait if I need to go back to our room.

It's spacious

There was a dead cockroach inside the bathroom when we arrived. We reported it and they sent a house cleaner right away. They offered us a different room but it'll be very inconvenient because we're settled already and we wish to be on the same floor with our family members. We also have to report a stain on the comforter and some damages on the sofa upon checking in. Just to avoid any extra charges. I feel a little bad. Because for the amount that we paid. We have to think about these things instead of just relaxing with the family.

The premium family rooms were spacious with two bedrooms and was very comfortable. It also had a kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker. The location was also very good.

The tiny details such as the molding around the bathroom door needed to be repaired. The cafe was expensive and it was not very good with either service or food. They had served raw potatoes

indeed a family staycation. we find it relaxing. we just stayed almost the whole day and visited the mall for dinner.

bad experience is that they were not able to record my payment- it took me so long during check out and told me that I dont have may payment yet… grrr I asked them to review the cctv, just to find out that it was not recorded accordingly and I just realized also that they did not issue an OR upon payment. They even asked me I wanted to still have a receipt. I told them that yes - its must be part of their process.

The location is unbeatable- so close to malls and public transport. The heated pool is so relaxing, the kids loved it! I haven’t seen any other hotels with this type of facility.

It is a bit older hotel and it can do with some refurbishing, but otherwise it is pretty clean and comfortable.

The Linden Suites meet all expectations. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were in a 2BR suite and came with a kitchnette, dining table and living room.

Parking can be a challenge - the way down is steep and narrower than expected, but manageable.

Spacious, has a kitchen. Nearby stores and malls. Friendly staff. Joy the manager is so nice, listens with our concerns and act immediately.

Need to pay for extra plates and pillows. Didn’t put all my reservations in one tower only.

Very comfortable room specially with the kids, carpeted all over the area which my toddler is safe from running. The whole room is like a home where you can relax and enjoy

Not that i didn't like, i took almost 2hrs before we go the room but maybe bec they're preparing and cleaning it a lot but of course we went there way too late from the actual check in time but still took another hours to prepare it

Room was bigger than I expected. Beds are comfy and smell clean. Food was okay, staff are great!

I booked for three, but there were only 2 robes and 2 pairs of slippers. Toiletries weren’t enough for 3 too. I’m sure that if I called it down, they will give us extra.
