Everything. Brilliant breakfast. The staff are the same as they have been for the past 8 years since the first time we stayed here. Free coffee in reception is a definite winner. As I have lots of family who live in and around Gorizia, we were able to invite them back for a coffee(s) and extra long chats. One of them is in a wheelchair and parking was provided for them even they weren’t guests, so as to make it easier to access the hotels for a coffee. The rooms are a little outdated, but they are fully equipped with everything you could want. And breakfast - everything was super tasty and lots of of choices.

We rented 2 rooms, one single and a double. Rooms are neither big nor small, just right and clean, the breakfast had a wide selection of whatever you wish for. The parking is in the premises, you will have to drive a really narrow corridor which is manageable unless you have a huge car. Parking there is free on first come first served rule. If there are no free parking spaces left in the premises there is also parking in front of the hotel rooms and you can pay at the automatic machines a reasonable price. We recommend this hotel, it was our second stay and we would return anytime!

We liked the warm welcome, Alessandro and the young lady from the front desk were really helpfull with all information. The hotel is clean and confortable. Whoever is in charge is doing a wonderful job. Congratulations also to all the staff, everybody seems to work with pleasure. The free parking place is safe inside the hotel yard if you manage to find a free spot. If not you can find a free spot in front of hotel and pay a couple of euros. The breakfast was delicious and diversified and you can find everything for everybody. We would anytime gladly return to this hotel!

Great stay, as a solo female traveler I found that staff were very friendly and accommodating to my check in late in the evening. The room was very clean and I had a great nights sleep and enjoyed the variety of breakfast items offered in the morning.

You must call the reception desk on the room phone in order to adjust air conditioning which I struggled with during the night as I did not realise that the room phone had to be manually connected. Other than this, great overall stay

Good breakfast, but not outstanding. Very helpful staff. Good parking inside court and there were Type2 Tesla chargers (11kW) in the court (2pcs). Walking distance to the downtown, quiet and peaceful environment.

One of the Tesla chargers didn't work, but the staff was very helpful to swap to the other. There are reconstruction works disturbing a little bit (I guess they prepare themselves to the Go2025). Driving down to the parking-court was a little bit difficult. No temporary parking place for car(s) during the check-in (only ordinary street toll parking).

I arrived by motorcycle and the staff took care I was able to park it in safe space; Rooms nice, breakfast ok (rather Italian) but with very good coffee (rather Italian); location good, walking distance to restaurants (one is traight across the road); quiet enough during the night to have windows open, despite the room looked into the road; there were renovation works going on outside at the facade of the building, but taht started late enough not to be disturbing at all

Location is great. Short distance to city center. Breakfast is good and the room we got in the second place was very nice. Thank you to the staff, which changed our room directly due to a problem in the bathroom.

The lobby is currently under construction and some of the rooms deserves some "reconstruction" too. Rooms can be quite tiny . Bathroom itself is ok.

The room was big and clean witha balcony, the staff was very nice and the hotel was in a good position.

The heating on the floor was way too high. When we stepped out from the lift, it looked like we stayed inside a sauna. We actually didn't border to ask about because we stayed just one night, and I believe they knew about it. Maybe there was a malfunction.

The staff - they were friendly, available, competent, prompt. It was the staff that made our stay really exceptional. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, breakfast was tasty with an extensive variety of hot and cold food. Excellent location within 7 min walking distance from the town centre.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and kind. The room was quite large and comfortable. And the hotel was in a good spot: halfway between the station and the centre.

There was an interruption of the Wi-Fi service during working hours which was not notified in advance. However, I imagine this is a once in a while occurrence. Apart from this everything was perfect.
