It ticked all the boxes for us. The room was big, very comfortable, no carpet,very clean. I liked the little entrance with another door, giving you that extra privacy. There is a breakfast area avaliable where you can boil the kettle, warm up your meal in the microwave or store it in the fridge /freezer. We used the facilities every day, it was quite convenient. And of course the owner Oliver , or the employee of the year, was super kind and very knowledgeable about the area. He would always know the best place to visit or where to eat.

The hotel is next to the road that can get busy in the morning. It didn't bother us too much, however, there is an air con avaliable too so you can close your windows and turn that on if you want. My husband also suggested mosquito net but then again you cannot escape them. They are everywhere.

A very nice two star hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and air-conditioned, check-in and out was a breeze and there is more than enough parking by the hotel. There is a grocery store just 20m away and a nice bar/restaurant 10min walk away by a lake. The hosts are top, helped us with an early check-in and getting a good taxi connection. Highly recommend.

The place was OK, close to Nova Gorica, close to the motorway, but the location is quiet, the guy at the reception was friendly and gave us good recommendations for a place to eat. The room was big and clean. Easy access by tag. Free parking.

As we stayed in January, the room was very cold and the only way to heat it was air conditioning.

The hotel manager was really great! He was kind and helpful, and helped me turn a bad day in a bad situation into a good one. It’s not fancy, but it’s nice enough and a good value. Also, the mattress in the double room was actually a queen rather than two Twin mattresses, which I preferred!

We were welcomed by the nicest man ever! He gave us many tips on what to see and eat. We also got a bigger room, which was extremely nice and clean. There were two bottles of water waiting for is. The AC worked really well. The parking was very big and we didn’t have any problems to find a spot. It all made our stay at Paquito an amazing experience :)

Good value for price: big room, confortable bed, excellent shower and great position. Oliver, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. We recommend this hotel to those who are on a long trip and are looking for a convenient and practical accomodation for a night stop over.

Very conveniently located, just 10 minutes from Italian border. Very clean and spacious rooms. Bed and pillows are comfortable, quiet location. The hotel has big parking for no additional charge. The restaurant was not working the day of our staying, but you can find different food options in Nova Gorica in just 10 minutes driving. Though the hotel is not modern and need some maintenance, the price is really good.

It would be great if there will be some coffee or vending machine to start a day before long journey

Rooms are big, comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Stuff is very friendly and hospitable. Location is great. Very quiet and cozy place. Prices are good too. There is a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast. Nice free parking.

It was amazing! The best hotel we had in Slovenia! The receptionist was very helpful, he was kind enough to upgrade the room, he gave us free bottled water and all in all everything was great! (Also the room was HUGE). I really wanted to stay more, but i couldn't.. Greetings from Greece!!!

Would have liked an electric kettle to make a cup of coffee and a fridge to keep my snacks and drinks cool. I expected that there would be a restaurant, but it was not open.
