Great location for our needs as we were in the city for a softball tournament. It was close to both sets of diamonds and near many amenities.

We had an issue with our door lock. It’s more of a pain in the butt than anything else because our possessions were inside the room and no one could open the door. The maintenance folks basically had to break the lock so we could get our things. The best part about this was that the hotel gave us another room after getting our things out. It really is a great hotel. I’d stay here again for sure.

Our room up on the 9th floor which had a lovely view facing North was perfectly clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We only stayed one night, as we were flying home the next day. We were able to check in slightly early, after our drive down from Edmonton, which was very helpful. Didn't eat at the hotel, but there's a very highly rated Denny's right next door, just a minute or so's walk. If I were to come to Calgary again, I'd have absolutely no hesitation about staying here again.

Clean and the bathroom was nice, love having a standup shower for a budget price. They have a balconys. Pillows were fabulous, bed comfy. Actually decent sized TVs. Denny’s, subway, liquor store all in walking distance. Cozy little bar in the lobby and they have everything you need incase you forget something. Staff was very friendly

I LOVED the interior design, the overall aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and it felt elevated, refreshing and classy. The complementary cookies offered at check in were to die for. We did have a slight hiccup in the lounge but the staff remedied the situation effortlessly and we ended up with a private sitting in the restaurant. Ended up being an exceptional experience.

Only feedback would be that I wasn’t able to purchase cookies when leaving as they didn’t have any available 😔 Otherwise the lounge could stand to have a bigger dedicated space as it felt a tad small and exposed to the hotel lobby, otherwise the hotel is wonderful.

Location was easy to access, clean building, clean room.

Bathtub is narrow and the bottom is shape like the bottom of a boat. It makes is hard to stand to have a shower.

I like the modern design. The room with 2 queen bed is a bit tight but just enough for a family of 3-4. The disposable coffee cup and lid in a sealed plastic is a great option for travellers on-the-go. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly.

The location might be a bit challenging for commuters. We took a cab going to the city centre and went back by train to Marlborough station then a cab to take us to the hotel. Car is a better option in this area.

Accessible balcony's. Good a la carte breakfast selection.

Shower door not sealed properly and leaked out onto the floor. Shower configuration was awkward, had to stand in the cold water stream to turn on the shower. I heard later I was supposed to receive a cookie upon check-in, but was not offered one :'(

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was perfect for us.

There was nothing that you could have improved on everything was perfect.

Stacey, the bartender and waitress at the restaurant in doubletree was fantastic! Great service and super sweet!

An alarm went off twice in the hall. An alarm went off around 9pm lasted about 45 min then another alarm around 10:30pm and it lasted about 25min. Not sure if someone did a prank or if it was an error but front desk service was good about it.

Very kind staff and beautiful lobby. When the staff knew I was there to get ready for my wedding, they left me a card and a bottle of wine which was very sweet of them. Lobby was beautiful for pictures as well.
