I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The location is ideal—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. One of the standout highlights was the breakfast—truly excellent! A wide variety of fresh, high-quality options were available, catering to all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty hot breakfast or something lighter, there was something for everyone, and the service was top-notch. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

The location was great! It gave me easy access to other neighborhoods, either with a quick bus ride or by walking. The room was clean. I only expected a normal hotel room but this is, as it says, a studio which includes a stove, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cleaning utensils and a fridge/freezer. Also included is a little 'living room' area and a table big enough to use for working and eating. It was very affordable for what it offered, and included a free buffet breakfast as well as access to a cafe/restaurant on the main floor. And they sorted out a cab for me the morning that I left. I absolutely recommend it and will happily go back!

Nice location, comfortable room, great view. Parking is easy at the facility, the offer Valet parking for a good price, even though my rental company doesn't like that. Parking can be paid easily using the website of Indigo parking.

Well, nothing the hotel can change, but there were a lot of homeless people around the hotel. I guess the bottle deposit location across the hotel doesn't help. The parking garage was VERY dusty, it's so dusty the air looks hazy in inside the garage, not sure what's wrong in the garage.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a lovely bathroom and a great shower. The hotel facilities were impressive, and I especially appreciated the on-site restaurant—delicious food and excellent atmosphere.

The only downside was the communication barrier with some of the staff. As an English speaker, I found it a bit difficult at times to get information or make requests clearly understood. However, everyone was polite and tried their best to assist.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was far better than expected, so many fresh made offerings it just blew other hotel breakfast out of the water. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to get a few more hangers in the closet and pretty disappointing there was no pool at a brand-new hotel - seemed to be plenty of roof area for it. Parking was very tight for a truck. Stayed on the top floor, breakfast and check out was so slow as we stopped on every floor, wonder if there is a way to program the elevator to only make a few stops before returning to level 1?

The breakfast is unbelievable.... Everything you can imagine from a full yogurt/granola bar with nuts and toppings, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, waffles... Really something for everyone. Including GF options. We stayed 3 days and everything was fresh daily. Plus a comfortable and enjoyable environment to eat in. Our room was so comfortable and luxuriously spacious! The design on these units was so smart -- the open design made the room feel even larger. Sitting area and couch allowed us to really spread out. This would be a great place for a long term stay. The heating system was nice and I loved the sound machine to block any city noises. Very clean! The location was convenient for walking. About a mile to 1.5 miles to everywhere we wanted to go (Saddledome!) Loved the secure parking. Definitely worth the $30 per night to have the vehicle stored underground and in a locked area.

Very clean, great location and staff were very helpful. Received help quickly any time we were checking in/out etc.

The train beside the hotel was louder than expected

Rooms were neat, the kitchen has everything you’d need to stay there and eat out of there for multiple days including soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges, and all utensils/plates. Full size fridge and freezer. Dishwasher. Bed was super comfy. Room had a sound machine which we used overnight and really liked. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was fantastic, we stayed over new years and they had over 600 guests that morning and kept it fresh and fully stocked. Security at the front door and room key monitored to get upstairs. All the staff we interacted with were 100/10. Walking distance to many pubs and bars and Stephen ave. Neighbourhood felt safe, we walked back past 1130pm.

My only downside of this hotel is outdoor parking, especially valet! It was unexpected and something to keep in mind in the winter. Valet drivers however were very polite, professional, and quick.

Probably would be a good idea to offer one bottled water as welcome..

The room was great as was the hotel itself and the staff.

Wish there were robes and maybe water in the room.
