Our first time in Revelstoke. The hotel was just out of the centre, but had a free-to-use shuttle bus, which we took advantage of to go in for dinner on the evening we stayed. The hotel seems a little old/tired in parts. However, the bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Buffet style breakfast next morning was good.

The Air conditioning in the room was noisy and kept us awake some of the night. We did figure out next morning how to turn it off and found that one window could be opened - so this would be my tip for others staying here!

The hotel was great! The man who greeted us at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and the rest of the staff were great aswell. There was a free shuttle into town which was really convenient. The hot tub, weight room and other facilities were great. There was coffee, tea or hot chocolate available at all hours,, which my kids really enjoyed. They served an amazing full breakfast every morning that was really good. Saved us a ton of time and money in the morning, and it was delicious. I found myself looking forward to the breakfast everyday. Overall the hotel was great, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about, but for the sake of answering the question, the location could have been a little better. It would be nice to be in the heart of downtown revelstoke. But honestly, town was literally 2 minutes away, and the hotel was near the river with all kinds of trails to explore. I thought it was great.

Breakfast was great, with lots on offer. Hot coffee was quickly replaced as were the hot food options. The rooms was clean, large and comfy beds. the outside hot tub was a welcome addition at the end of a days skiing. The shuttle bus was a fantastic service, we didn't use it during the day as we had a hire car, but it was brilliant for getting dropped into town of an evening- and picked up! Great if you want to have a couple of drinks.

I would just give a bit of feedback, not exactly a negative comment, but I didn't think the towels in the bathroom needed replacing everyday. From an environmental point of view and to save the hotel staff on washing and drying, replacing every other day would have been absolutely fine.

Revelstoke is a lovely and charming place. We took in the arts festival and had dinner in a fantastic restaurant called Seoul Street. The hotel was wonderful, with the friendliest staff I've ever come across. They went out of their way to help us with a problem which was not the hotel's fault. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast in the morning and actually felt sad when it was time to check out, because who knows when we'll find another great hotel like this one.

Nothing. Everything was just super.

Upon entering the lobby of the Best Western Plus, I found it very welcoming and clean more importantly, the employee at the front desk was so, so accommodating and helpful. Also, the staff member who works in the breakfast room is most excellent at her job and I so hope you pay her a wage that reflects her importance to the hotel.

There is not one thing I did not like about my stay at the Best Western Plus other than a very small inconvenience: there was a sock between the refrigerator and the wall. However, on a scale of one to ten, it is a zero...

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We booked there because they allowed dogs in the room. The hotel left us a dog bowl, mat and towel in our room which was useful and we appreciated. They also gave us a dog gift bag with treats and doggie bags. Really nice outdoor hot tub with a view and exercise room. Everything was spotlessly clean.

It would have been nice if the packaging in the dog gift bag was more environmentally friendly - less plastic.

The EV charger is free (though I did need to try a few times to get it to work). The building itself is lovely, with spacious lobbies even on upper floors. The pool was busy with families having fun. Breakfast was very nice. There's a walking path just a block away that goes along the river to downtown, a 20 minute walk away.

The location is one of the best in Revy in my opinion, easily accessed off the main highway yet far enough away from the railroad tracks to stay nice and quiet. The whole facility from lobby to hallways to rooms to hot tubs is really nice and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Our rooms were clean and stocked with what we expect at this price point: multiple sizes of towels, bath mat, toiletries, cups, etc. I was glad that the in-room coffee maker was a Nespresso rather than the old drip style, as the quality of coffee is much better. Sugar, CoffeeMate, Nespresso pods, stir sticks and the like were also stocked and the water jug of the machine was clean. The bathroom and bedroom are both nice and spacious and the front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly when we requested an electric kettle, bringing it up to one of our rooms even when we insisted we could come down to the lobby to pick it up. We appreciated that the bedside table lamps are updated so that you can plug your charging cord right into the lamp's USB port, rather than requiring a cube as traditional plugs do. Small conveniences like this make for an easy and effortless experience.

The lighting in the bathroom was suprisingly dim and very, very yellow so I recommend bringing a makeup mirror with lamps in it until they hopefully upgrade their bulbs or light fixtures in the bathrooms. The other guest I was travelling with noticed that there wasn't a magnifying mirror, as many hotels have installed on the wall in the bathroom. This could be an option for the hotel to consider offering as well.

Nice and clean and well appointed.

Not enough parking, we couldn't get a spot and had to drive around for a while. They need to chat to the people with their big snowmobiles and trucks and maybe get them to park closer together. Also big truck taking up handicap spot, would've been nice if they control this a little bit.

Great hotel, really friendly and helpful staff. The hot tub was great after a hard day on the hill, the breakfast was good and the free shuttle into town was a nice bonus. Would really recommend.

Very minor point that my partner thought the pillows were a bit hard, but we got one replaced really easily and that was a lot better. Hard to put a negative in all honesty.
