Location was perfect....in the heart of the busy shopping district. Staff was great...very warm, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Views from the top were magnificent.

Exact breakfast repeated every day. For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting some changes every couple of days.

Everything except restaurants and check out

Restaurant offerings were not good. Main restaurant only offered buffet on 3 nights of our stay. A la carte offering on 4th night was not good. All courses served at one time despite request not to do so. No atmosphere in restaurant due to lack of customers. Not surprising given what was on offer. Early check out did not go well. No-one to collect bags from room. Hotel car was not up to standard given price charged. Eg Old car not BMW/ Mercedes which was expected fo4 the charge made. No bottled water in car.

Location and breakfast are excellent

The understanding and help given by reception at the time of check in was appalling. There was a total lack of appreciation of the issue of me having lost my Credit card and ATM cards, and the need to pay either by Apple Pay or an internet transfer. I have been a very regular customer of Grand Millennium for many years and my track record should have been enough for an alternative payment method to be allowed. To quote from a script repeatedly that a CC must be provided is unacceptable. This was really poor form. Thankfully a friend came to the rescue.

The door staff and overall all the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good lots of option for different people. Comfortable beds, perfect location to explore around the Pavillion

We were told on arrival to book the suite and not the family room as the suite will have more space for the kids. The lady on the counter give the wrong information and charge us extra as well but we noticed the suite room had no space for kids just a double bed. We spoke to the reception and they did give us an extra bed but we noticed that our club membership was taken from us. Just one other very important thing. There was weird smell in our room and some of the lobby areas. I feel like it was from the carpets and it needs an upgrade. The living room for suite was very smelly.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and wish I had booked a longer stay. Everything was excellent: the cleanliness, spaciousness, and even the lift wait times were minor quirks. The breakfast was decent, but there are plenty of great dining options nearby, including nasi lemak and nasi padang right outside the hotel (Just a small table and tentage) but its super good! The room was clean, though the bathtub was a bit small. A special mention goes to Mr. Fawwaz for his exceptional service and warm welcome. I will definitely stay here again.

There are steps near the reception counter from the entrance, and their color blends in with the floors making them hard to see. It would be helpful to mark them with noticeable lines or warnings to alert people to the steps.

Location very good which located beside Arabian restaurant and shopping malls and near to Aquarium and twin tower Friendly and smiley staff 😊

Front disck insist to pay by Malaysian currency not by equivalent USD while i am just arriving and still i didn't change moneys. Variety of breakfast was little bit and no multiple choice varity for arabian tourists even a lot of Arabian live in. My room not upgraded as Booking.com genius level 2 promoted

This is my sixth stay at the Grand Millennium KL, and I will continue to be a loyal guest. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is always courteous, welcoming, and ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, making every stay a pleasant experience.

Wished we could have gotten an early check in as we arrived in the hotel around 9am. Our early arrival from the airport was mentioned during the time I made the hotel reservation. we had to wait till 1.30 pm

Fabulous location in vibrant area within walking distance to many of the sights. We were upgraded and the room was superb - lots of space, great view, extremely comfortable beds and beautiful bed linen. Breakfast selection was fantastic, one of best breakfasts ever had. All staff were helpful and accommodating. Nice to have use of a pool.

The pool was really noisy (ac machines from the mall next door.) Room wasn’t made up until late in the afternoon and had to request 3x for it too be made up.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast buffet, lovely pool and above all great service. Lok Bahadur from house keeping, Kenneth the duty manager and Noorien from breakfast restaurant along with Rozie, Zaimi, Solhah, Azrin, Badrul, Chef Afiq and Chef Nisa were just amazing. Great ambassadors for the hotel

May be the amenities in the rooms can be upgraded, eg the fridge can be cooler, the bathroom shower could do with stronger pressure
