Great Location, great room - clean and staff willing to go the extra mile. I stayed in a Club Room and access to the Club Lounge was great and worth paying extra for. Small complaint: the range available at breakfast in the Club Lounge was a bit limited, especially with regard to the provision of fresh fruit (I am not sure why strawberries are offered - it's Malaysia! -but not papaya) but this is only a small complaint as it is also possible to have the full breakfast choice in the usual restaurant

Most staff are fantastic - courteous and helpful. It is therefore a real shame that a small ew don't meet the usual high standards that Impiana sets for itself. Is this a lack of training? A smile of welcome and a greeting goes a long way. Smiling lessons for staff? As I indicated, most staff are fantastic!

The room was comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, it did not provide the expected views of the Twin Towers. The breakfast could use improvements in quality and variety; more options would be appreciated, and timely replenishments would be helpful. During our stay at Impiana KLCC with our 4-year-old son, we encountered an unpleasant comment from a restaurant staff member regarding our child, which we found unacceptable. On a positive note, the location is excellent, with proximity to key attractions and amenities, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around.

The breakfast menu needs a thorough review to improve quality and variety, mainly to accommodate international guests. Currently, there is a lack of options beyond local and Asian dishes. Additionally, we requested a hard-boiled egg for our child, but the chef declined, stating that it was unavailable. Similarly, the afternoon tea service should also be evaluated, as it requires more frequent replenishments.

We had a good stay here. There is no soundproofing so there is some road/traffic noise. During our stay you can hear neighbours coming home at night talking etc but wasn’t too bad

It wasn’t the cleanest 4* hotel. The bathroom wasn’t particularly cleaned very well. Some attention to detail needed We left very early on the last morning so missed breakfast. The hotel made what I can only describe as the poorest take away breakfast we have ever had. To just throw a couple of pastries and an apple and orange is very poor. Never even bothered to make a sandwich in the bag. Not even a serviette, how are you supposed to eat an orange on the go with nothing to wipe your hands? And the pasties were stale and greasy. It all went straight in the bin at the airport sadly. Sort your act out. It’s not hard to sort something nice out for your guests, you are supposed to be a 4* not 2*

In january 2025 we stayed for two weeks at the Impiana KLCC hotel. A fantastic stay: the room, the peace, the swimming pool and the exetensive and varied breakfast buffet. But especially the friendly and hospitable staff: at the entrance, the reception, the lounge and the breakfast room, everyone was ready for us. Also for our three young grandchildren. Special thanks to Eza, Nabilah, Zahidan and Karen, you were great. The way you treated the grandchildren, as grandparents we enjoyed this very much, every day again. A beautiful hotel with very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff.The security guard actually accompanied me to the nearby cashpoint.The concierge gave me great advice about taxis and where to visit in KL. I had personalised service,and always given with a smile .Delicious food,great room service,ate at 23h30 a very tasty meal in my room on arrival. I had a wonderful view from my window and the hotel was calm and very clean. I highly recommend Impiana which was recommended to me by a friend. You can also access the Petrona Towers directly by a bridge from the hotel.It's lounge has a direct view of them ,amazing! Ursula

No negative points Maybe one,breakfast fruit could have been riper. The watermelon was delicious.

The location is great and the walkway makes certain locations easily accessible on foot. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Breakfast was good and varied - it included typical breakfast foods from different cultures. The room was nice enough and a decent size. The shower gel smelled good. I would stay here again for these factors.

I think the room size was good and the furniture was fine. I could have done with a slightly brighter light at points. I think the room could use a slight refurbishment to deal with some age related issues such as some discolouration on the bathroom surfaces. This wasn't cleanliness related as the room was clean, just normal wear and tear over time.

The location is exquisite. It is just a 5 mins walk from the KLCC park and the hotel has direct access to the airconditioned pedestrian bridge that leads to Pavilion KL and the rest of Bukit Bintang. The hotel has a mini convenience store and a coffee shop inside which adds a lot of ease when you need urgent things! the staff overall is very pleasant and extremely helpful. The breakfast also had a wide range of selection which would cover everyones tastes.

Cannot fault for anything during the stay.

Hotel offers a spacious room, which is a notable feature compared to other hotels in the area. However, the decor is starting to show its age, and a refurbishment to modernize the ambiance would enhance the overall experience. The breakfast served at the hotel is commendable, with a variety that caters well to guests. Club guests, in particular, are treated to an even higher quality of food. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location, strategically placed in the middle between the KLCC and Pavilion. It's conveniently close to the KL Convention Centre, making it an ideal choice for business travelers and tourists alike.

While Hotel has its strengths, there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in room service efficiency. Requests for extra items like pillows, shampoo, soap, and mineral water tend to take a considerable amount of time to be fulfilled. Moreover, it often requires multiple follow-ups because the initial requests aren't always noted or acted upon promptly. This aspect of the service could be much smoother to ensure a more seamless experience for guests. Others, wifi signal needs to be improved.

Excellent location - within 5 minutes walking distance of the one of the main shopping malls with numerous retail outlets, restaurants, bars, etc. The area outside the shopping mall (the Pavilion) is one of the most vibrant areas of Kuala Lumpur but at the same time the area around the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. There is a pedestrian link bridge between the hotel and the shopping mall, etc. which provides shade and cover. There is also a link bridge to the KLCC park, the Twin Towers, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. I chose a Club Room - a little more expensive but well worth it in terms of the fact that tea / coffee / juice is available throughout the day, plus free snacks at teatime and the early evening.

Most staff are excellent - smiling and helpful but be aware that not all staff speak good English (especially in the restaurant!). I also think that staff in the restaurant could benefit from a little more training

Impiana has never failed to amaze me..considering this might be my sixth or seventh stay. Love the location, the lounge and the staff. Special mention for Karen who is always helpful and friendly everytime I stayed in the hotel. Thank you Karen

I think the hotel is going through a period of training new staff both at the reception and other areas. I am totally supportive of trainees..we all have to start somewhere..:-).. but the hotel may have to provide more for these trainees..just a suggestions.. the two I met seems frightened.. and I hope I am not scary. one at the concierge insisted that I was wrong eventhough we were reading from a notice on the desk.. I have always rated Impiana for the level of service and I hope the hotel will return to that. The bellboys are fabulous as usual. Thanks
