Strategically located in the middle of the city. Close to tourist attractions. Stayed here to attend a conference at KL convention centre. Walking distance. The hotel is connected by a bridge directly to the convention centre and other attractions.

Water pressure tend to be inconsistent. Late night and early mornings tend to be high pressure.

The property was in a good location being only 10 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Walk the short cut to the towers and KLCC park through the car park next to the Grand Hyatt where hop on hop off stop number 10 is. Club lounge was good value. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Wished we had found Back street food in alley way directly behind the hotel earlier. Found it Sunday when it was closed. Convenience store on site handy. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed comfortable.

Rooms are very dark and in need of better lighting. Was annoying. Decor could do with an update but did not really worry us. Concerned as one night someone from hotel opened door - closed it then rang the door bell at 1 am. As we had arrived at about 10.30 pm after our flight we had neglected to put the privacy latch across. We did not answer the door and when the manager was questioned we were told the smoke alarm was faulty and staff were sent to see if someone was smoking. We were asleep and do not smoke so a bit dubious as to the reason.

This is a wonderful hotel located near KLCC. I had a lovely stay of nearly a week, and I extend my sincere gratitude to the manager, Karen, and the hotel staff, from the doormen and concierge to the reception and housekeeping team, who were discreet yet always available when needed. The beautiful infinity pool on the fourth floor offers guests a chance to relax during the day, while the restaurant on the 15th floor provides a fantastic view of the bustling city. Breakfast was excellent and very diverse, featuring Malaysian, Chinese, and European cuisine, a true delight for all the senses.

Great Location, great room - clean and staff willing to go the extra mile. I stayed in a Club Room and access to the Club Lounge was great and worth paying extra for. Small complaint: the range available at breakfast in the Club Lounge was a bit limited, especially with regard to the provision of fresh fruit (I am not sure why strawberries are offered - it's Malaysia! -but not papaya) but this is only a small complaint as it is also possible to have the full breakfast choice in the usual restaurant

Most staff are fantastic - courteous and helpful. It is therefore a real shame that a small ew don't meet the usual high standards that Impiana sets for itself. Is this a lack of training? A smile of welcome and a greeting goes a long way. Smiling lessons for staff? As I indicated, most staff are fantastic!

The location is excellent. It is right in the centre of KLCC with a bridge connecting the hotel to Petronas twin towers and Bukit Bintang. The breakfast in Tonka Bean was lavish with lot of choices. The staff in the restaurant is very efficient and friendly.

The room called 'Superior' had only single beds and no double bed. We were told there were no connected rooms for this type of room, though we explicitly asked for it as we were travelling with kids. For an upgrade, extra charge of 50 Euros per room per night was asked. Our booking mentioned 'City view' for the superior room but it faced the view of a big building which blocked any sunlight.

The room was comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, it did not provide the expected views of the Twin Towers. The breakfast could use improvements in quality and variety; more options would be appreciated, and timely replenishments would be helpful. During our stay at Impiana KLCC with our 4-year-old son, we encountered an unpleasant comment from a restaurant staff member regarding our child, which we found unacceptable. On a positive note, the location is excellent, with proximity to key attractions and amenities, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around.

The breakfast menu needs a thorough review to improve quality and variety, mainly to accommodate international guests. Currently, there is a lack of options beyond local and Asian dishes. Additionally, we requested a hard-boiled egg for our child, but the chef declined, stating that it was unavailable. Similarly, the afternoon tea service should also be evaluated, as it requires more frequent replenishments.

This was a perfect choice of hotel. Very reasonable and in a great location just near the Petronas towers. All of the staff are very friendly including the front reception and also the cleaning staff. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice view. The food in the restaurant was good and fast room service for when we ordered food to the room. Special shout out to Rudy and Azman , the door staff who were always helpful and always had a moment to stop and advise about certain things in the city. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you - we will come back .

The breakfast downstairs was not great. Not many places to sit and very busy.
